The Cardinals would start to get their shot going in the second quarter but it still wouldn't be enough as the Knights have a 28-11 quarter and take a 51-13 lead into the intermission. When the teams returned to the court for the third quarter the teams would be a lot more equal as the Knights would have the slim 16-15 advantage in the quarter and take the 67-28 lead into the 4th quarter. In the fourth, the teams would have their second strings out there in mop-up efforts and the Knights would have the 17-6 edge as they would get the 84-34 victory. The game would not start off the greatest though for the home Cardinals as they would be playing catch up with the Saints throughout the half and the Saints would have a 41-33 lead after the first half. When the teams would come back for the second half the Cardinals would try the best to keep the game close as it would be under a five point deficit a few times in the half but that would be closet they could get as the Saints would win the half 36-32 and hold on for the 77-65 win. The Cardinals would do their best to keep the game close through the first half although the Golden Eagles would take the 51-36 lead into the intermission. When the teams came back for the second half the Cardinals would look for an answer to the Golden Eagles but wouldn't have one as they lose the half 53-37 and the game 104-73, In the losing effort Kevin Tabb would lead the way with 26 points as the Cardinals fall to 2-22 on the season. The game would not start off the greatest for the home Cardinals as the Golden Eagles would jump out to a 14-9 through the first quarter of the game. Then in the second quarter, the Golden Eagles started to pull away with a 21-14 quarter and take a 35-23 lead into the locker room. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Golden Eagles would really start to put the game away with a 13-1 quarter and take a 48-24 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Golden Eagles would put the final touches on the game with an 11-7 quarter and finish off the Cardinals with a 59-31 victory.
