When the teams returned for the second half it would stay tight but the Cardinals would win the half 49-40 to secure the 84-73 victory. In the winning effort, the Cardinals basketball team would win their third game in the last four as Franklin Infante would lead the way for the Cardinals with 19 points as the Cardinals would go to 7-10 on the season.
