Shipping
We ship our orders out within 42 - 72 hours after payment. Any pre order item will ship within this time frame after it has been released. If for any reason you need your package shipped sooner let us know so we can make it happen.

Returns
We do allow for returns for unopened DVDs, please contact us before returning so we can make everything right. Returns are only good for the 30 days. We do not under any condition accept a return for a digital download. Our digital download sales are final.
