It would be the home finale for the Plattsburgh State Cardinals as they would host the Brockport State Golden Eagles in the SUNYAC Men's Basketball action. The Cardinals would do their best to keep the game close through the first half although the Golden Eagles would take the 51-36 lead into the intermission. When the teams came back for the second half the Cardinals would look for an answer to the Golden Eagles but wouldn't have one as they lose the half 53-37 and the game 104-73, In the losing effort Kevin Tabb would lead the way with 26 points as the Cardinals fall to 2-22 on the season. It would be the Plattsburgh State Cardinals and the Geneseo Knights in Men's SUNYAC Basketball action from the Plattsburgh State Memorial Hall. It would be a tight game throughout with both teams having their chance to breakout but just couldn't and the Knights would have the slim 37-35 lead at the end of the first half. When the teams returned for the second half it would be more of the same although the Knights would just be a little better with a 28-27 half and secure the 65-62 victory. Leading the way in a losing effort for the Cardinals would be Etik Salo with 18 points as they go to 2-20 on the season. It would be the second game of the weekend for the Plattsburgh State Cardinals and this time they would be playing the Fredonia State Blue Devils. Once again the Cardinals would be in a fight and it would be tight through the first half and the Cardinals would have a slim 38-37 lead at the break. In the second half, the Cardinals would do their best to pull away but they would come shortly as the Blue Devils would drain a three-pointer at the buzzer and the Cardinals would fall 76-75. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would face off with the Buffalo State Bengals in SUNYAC as they would face off for the second time in a week. It would be a tight game through the first half as both teams would have their chance to break it open but no luck and the Cardinals would have a 37-35 lead at the break. When the teams would return for the second half it would be more of the same as no one could break away and tie for the half at 40 each and the Cardinals would hold on for the 77-75 win. It would be the last game before the winter break as the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Middlebury Panthers in front of just over 200 -fans. The first half would not go the way the home Cardinals were hoping for as they would be trailing the Panthers 47-34. In the second half, the Cardinals would do their best to try and keep it close but the Panthers would just do too much on this day as they would win the half 35-27 and secure the 82-61 for the Panthers. In a losing effort for the Cardinals, Kevin Tabb would have a team night 11 points as they would fall to 1-8 on the season with the next tilt after the New Year against the Clarkson Golden Knights.
