The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Colton-Pierpont Colts in the quarterfinals of the section x tournament. The game would remain scoreless until the 39th minute when Courtney Boyea would get the goal on the assist from Alexis Beach. The Bulldogs and Courtney Boyea would strike again in the 53rd minute to make it 2-0 Bulldogs. The Bulldogs would end the scoring on the Hayle Tower goal in the 74th minute. The Bulldogs would get the 3-0 win over the Colts to advance to the Section X Semi-Finals. In the win Makayla Fleury would stop four shots for the shutout.

Chateaugay's Devin Willis (21) with the header in the middle of all the traffic to keep the ball in the attack area. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Edwards-Knox Cougars in the quarterfinals on the section x boys soccer tournament. The Bulldogs would get the 1-0 lead within the first five minutes of the game on the Chad Slater goal. The Cougars would get the equalizer in the 38th minute to make 1-1. That is where the score would remain throughout the rest of the regulation. The game would extra time to resolve it and that's were Bulldogs would get the game-winner from Chad Slater on a mad scramble in front of the net. With the win, the Bulldogs move into the Sectional Semi-Finals. In the win, Josh Trombley would make 10 stops in net to perverse the victory. Gallery

Section X Class D Semi-Finals #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs #5 Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets November 1 2012
Chateaugay's Caitlin Miller (21) with the spike to the back corner for the point. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets in the sem-finals of the Class D Section X playoffs. The Bulldogs would make easier work of the Yellow Jackets and get the straight-set victory 25-10, 25-10, 25-8. Kylie Hanley would have a big hand in the win as at one point in the game she had thirteen straight service points. With the win the Bulldogs move into the Class D Championship November 6 against #2 Edwards-Knox at SUNY Canton for the right to go onto the state playoffs. Gallery

Champlain Valley Athletic Conference: Class B Finals #2 Beekmantown Eagles Vs Peru Indians October 27 2012
The Peru Indians football team poses for there team photo as they celebrate there Champlain Valley Atheltic Conference Class B Championship. The Peru Indians would host the Beekmantown Eagles in the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Class B Championships. The Peru Indians would not leave much doubt in the game as they would take a 21-0 lead at the end of the first quarter. Then in the 2nd quarter, they would score three more times to take a 41-0 lead in the break. In the second half, the Eagles would do the best they could to keep the Indians off the scoreboard and only give up one score to make it a 48-0 final. With the lose the Eagles season comes to an end at 6-3. With the win, the Indians improve to 8-1 on the season. They will be moving on to state play next week against the Malone Huskies in Massena. SUNYAC Men's Hockey #5 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Morrisville State Mustangs October 26 2012
Plattsburgh State's Zach Popp (9) with the hard into the boards on the Morrisville state defender. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would the Morrisville State Mustangs in SUNYAC play and also it would be the regular-season opener. The Mustangs would take the 1-0 lead on the Ryan Marcuz goal at the 10;16 mark of the 1st period. The Cardinals would tie the game up at 1 at the 15:30 of the 1st period on the Alex Jensen goal. That is where the game would remain until the 6:49 mark of the 3rd period when Mark Grace would make it 2-1 in favor of the Cardinals. That is when the flood gates would open for the Cardinals as they would score four more times. Kevin Emmerling would make it 3-1 at the 8:38 mark. Mark Constantine would make it 4-1 at the 11:24 mark of the 3rd period. Then at 14:43 Brandon Beadow would make it 5-1 Cardinals. The scoring would stop at 16:10 mark of the third when Alex Jensen would get his second goal of the night for the 6-1 final. In the win John Leis would stop 21 off 22 shots. Northern Adirondack Conference Volleyball: Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Massena Red Raiders (Mod) October 24 2012
The Chateaugay Bulldogs modified volleyball team poses for a group photo to celebrate there undefeated 12-0 season. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Massena Red Raiders in modified volleyball action. The Bulldogs would win all three games by scores of 25-11, 25-14, and 25-20. Leading the way for the Bulldogs would be the great net play of Grace Harrigan. With the win, the Bulldogs would finish there season undefeated at 12-0 and win 34 of 36 sets throughout the season. Chateaugay's Catilin Miller (21) with the spike down the middle for the point. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Massena Red Raiders in east division action. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would get the straight-sets victory over the Red Raiders by the scores of 25-13, 25-11, and 25-21. In the winning effort, Shelby Yunalavich would have a great services night and Catilin Miller would have a great net with five blocks on the night. With the win, the Bulldogs finish there regular season undefeated at 16-0 and go into the playoffs as the #1 seed in the Class D bracket. Gallery

Northern Adirondack Conference Boy's Soccer Malone Huskies Vs Canton Golden Bears October 23 2012
Canton's Jake Oatman (15) heads the ball off the through and sends it into the Golden Bears attack zone. The Malone Huskies would host the Canton Golden Bears in ventral division action. The game would be scoreless throughout the first half. Malone would take the 1-0 lead in 47th minute on the Connor Dailey goal. The Huskies would strike again in the 53rd minute on Isai Pardone's goal to make it 2-0 huskies. The golden bears would try and make a come back as they would score in the 75th minute on the Jake Watson goal to make it 2-1. That is where the game would stay as the Huskies would get the 2-1 win. In the winning effort, Austin Lamay would have nine saves in the winning effort. With the win, the Huskies would go to 10-3-1 on the season. Gallery

Chateaugay's Brianna Cook with the one-timer on the net that goes just over the crossbar on the goal attempt. The Chateaugay Bulldogs host the St. Lawerence Larries on a senior day at Chateaugay as all the seniors were honored with there parents before the game. Once the game would start the Bulldogs would not waste much time in taking control. The Bulldogs score 1st minute on the Courtney Boyea goal. The Bulldogs would strike again in the 2nd minute on Alexis Beach goal. Then in the 10th minute Hannah Cook would score to make it 3-0 Bulldogs. The Bulldogs would extend the lead to 4-0 after Katie Beach's goal in the 15th minute. The lead would go to 5-0 in the 28th on Haylee Towers goal. The Bulldogs would end there scoring in the 42nd minute on Danielle Charland's goal. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs would outshoot the Larries 27-2. With the win, the Bulldogs continue there undefeated season at 13-0. Gallery

Champlain Valley Athletic Conference: Class B Semi-Finals #3 Saranac Chiefs @ #2 Beekmantown Eagles October 20 2012
Saranac's Matt McCasland (21) breaking through tackles along the sidelines as he works for first down marker. The Saranac Chiefs would travel to Beekmantown to take on the Eagles in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Class B Semi-Finals. The Eagles would take control right from the beginning and not look back. They would take the 14-6 lead after the first quarter. The eagles would get two more touchdowns in the second quarter to make it 28-6 at the break. Then in the second half, the Eagles would step up there defense and make the Chiefs have a few turnovers as they would into the endzone two more times to make a 42-6 final. With the win the Chiefs season comes to an end at 2-6 and the Eagles go onto the championship next week against the Peru Indians. Gallery
