It would be the first round of the New York State Class D Championship and it would feature the Chateaugay Bulldogs and the Argyle Scots. It would be four very tightly contested games, unfortunately, thought it would not be the night for the Bulldogs. The Argyle Scots would win in four games 25-19,25-21,17-25,25-17 with the lose the Chateaugay Bulldogs season comes to an end at 15-3 on the season. Gallery

It would be the Section X Class D Championship as the #1 seeded Chateaugay Bulldogs would face the #2 seeded Madrid Waddington Yellow Jackets. The Bulldogs would get a challenge from the Yellow although it would not be enough as the Bulldogs would win in straight sets 3-0 (25-14,25-15,25-20). Before hand the Chateaugay Bulldogs would honor there three seniors on the team. Once the game would get under way the Bulldogs would make quick work of the Panthers winning in straight sets (25-12, 25-6, 25-14).
