The only scoring in the game would come in the fourth inning of a two rbi double by Jeff Norton. The Padres would play stellar defense throughout the day to keep the shutout in tack. In the winning effort, Frank Brogna would strike out six while going the complete game for the win. With the win, Padres will be playinging the Lyon Mountain Miners in the best two out of three series for the championship.

Airborne Speedway's Zack Meyers (27) slides in head first at the plate and scores as the Athletics catcher loses the ball. The Airborne Speedway Padres would defeat Fourth Ward Athletics 10-2. The game would start at Saranac High School where they played the top of the first. Then the rains would come and cause an hour-long rain delay. Where the field was determined to be unplayable so the game was moved to South Acres in Plattsburgh. The game would remain close through the opening six with Padres getting singles runs in the 2nd, 4th and 5th and Athletics would get one in the third to make it 3-1. Then in late innings, the Padres bats would come alive getting 7 runs in the last three innings with the big blow coming from Joey Painter's three-run homer. With the win Padres advance to Semi-Finals where they will play either the Expos or Miners.

The game would start off well for the Padres as they would take the 1-0 lead after the first. Then in the second, they would get four more on a grand slam from Mark Eggleston to take the 5-0 lead. From there on out the Timberjaxxs would get fourteen unanswered runs. The big dagger in the heart would come in the third when they would score nine runs as the Padres pitches were having problems located the plate. The Airborne Speedway Padres would sweep a doubleheader over the Fourth Ward Athletics by scores of 15-0 and 14-11. In-game one the Athletics would have no answer for Matt Rivers has would go the complete game striking out three and giving up just two hits. The Padres would score early and often as they would get two in the first, one in second to make it 3-0. Then in the third, the Padres would explode for five runs including a three-run homer from Joey Painter to make it 8-0. Then in the fifth, the Padres would finish it off with a seven-spot as the Athletics pitcher was having problems locating the plate for the 15-0 final. Then in game two, they would trade runs in the first to make it 1-1. The Padres would take the 2-1 lead after two. Then in the third A's would come back and tie the game at 3. In-game 1 it would be close at 2-0 until when the bats would explode for 6 runs to make it 8-0. Then to finish off the game the Padres would add one more to make it 9-0 for the victory. The story of the game would be Frank Brogna as he would go the complete game strikeout twelve and give up no hits for the no-hitter. In-game two the Padres bats would stay hot as the would get to expos early by getting six in the second and five in the third and finish it off with one in the fourth for the 12-0 win in five innings. Leading the way offensively for Padres would Eric Bell with a home run and Joey Painter with a three-hit game. On the mound Matt Rivers would give up just three hits and strike out two. Then the Sentinels would open it up with three in thrid for a 5-0 lead to break it open. Then would get a pair in the fourth for the 7-0 lead. Then in the sixth they would put the icing on the cake with four runs for the 11-0 win. The Chiefs would get on the board with a 2 run rbi single by Kasey Favreau for the 2-0 lead. The Eagles would answer back to tie it at the top of the third at 2. Although at the bottom of third the Chiefs would get four runs to get the 6-2 lead. Then in the fourth inning, the Eagles would cut the lead in half at 6-4. Then in the seventh inning, the Eagles would get 1 and leave the baseloads as the Chiefs would get the 6-5 victory. The would get one back in the third on Brady Burleigh's RBI double to make it 2-1. Then in fourth the big shot would be made on Tanner Rascoe's three-run homer to give the Chiefs a 4-2 lead. Then in the sixth inning, the Chiefs would add an insurance run on Austin Velie's RBI single. In the second game though they would pull things together and get a convincing 11-4 wins thanks to great pitching from Garett Labare and Nick Ashline.
