It would be the semi-finals of the Section X Class D semi-finals as the #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the #4 Brushton-Moria Panthers. The bulldogs would have to work somewhat hard for the victory. Although the Bulldogs would still get the straight-sets to victory by scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-22. With the win, the Bulldogs go to 14-3 on the season and will play #2 Edwards-Knox for the Championship. Gallery

Chateaugay's Rachel Young (3) and the Edwards-Knox defender battle for the loose ball with the step-through. The #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs and #9 Edwards-Knox Cougars meet up in the Section X Class D Quarterfinals at Massena High. The Bulldogs would take the quick 1-0 lead in the 2nd minute on Brianna Cook's goal. Then in the 4th minute, they would extend the lead 2-0 on Danielle Charland's goal to make it 2-0. The game would stay there until the 45th minute when Rachel Young would make it 3-0 Bulldogs. Then in the 46th minute, Alissa Cook would extend the lead 4-0 for the Bulldogs. Then in the 47th minute, the Bulldogs would make it 5-0 on Brianna Cook's second goal. Then in the 55th minute the Bulldogs Alissa Cook would score her second goal to make it 6-0. Then in the 77th minute, the Cougars would get on the board. Although the Bulldogs would get the 6-1 victory. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs would move onto the Section X Class D Semi-Finals against the #5 Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets.

The #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs would play #2 Edwards-Knox Cougars in Section X Class D Championship at Massena High School. The Bulldogs would need four games to get the championship 25-16, 25-8, 19-25, 25-20. With the victory the Bulldogs have won there eight straight championships. The Chateaugay Bulldogs pose for there team photo as they crowned the 2012 Section X Class D Champions. The Chateaugay Bulldogs and the Edwards-Knox Cougars would meet for the Section X Class D Championship at SUNY Canton. The Bulldogs would get the straight-set victories over the Cougars by scores of 25-9, 25-11, and 25-12. The Bulldogs would get great team play from everyone in the victory. With the win, the Bulldogs move onto the New York State Regionals where they will play Section 2 representative Hartford at SUNY Canton on November 10.
