It would be a nonsectional matchup as the #3 Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Beekmantown and tangle with the Eagles. It would be a matchup between two evenly matched teams that would not see the lead get over at all during the contest. The Eagles would have the 14-8 lead after the first quarter. The Eagles would also win the second quarter 15-12 and take a 29-20 lead into the intermission. When the teams came back from the third quarter the Eagles would take the quarter slightly 12-10 and have a 41-30 lead headed into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs would go to the full-court press and the Eagles would have a hard time with it and the Bulldogs would win the quarter 21-12. Although it would not be enough as the Eagles would hold on for the 53-50 victory. In losing effort Zack Cowan would lead the way for the Bulldogs with 16 points for the Bulldogs as they fall to 6-1 on the season. Gallery

In the second quarter the Bulldog offense would come alive and take control of the game as they win the quarter 21-9 and take a 28-11 lead into the half. When the teams return for the third qurter it would be a tighter quarter as the Bulldogs would win the quarter 13-9 and have a 41-20 lead. In the fourth quarter it would be tight again but the Bulldogs would win the quarter 16-14 and get the 57-34 victory. Chateaugay's Caitlin Miller (21) and Northern Adirondack center jump for the opening tip as Bulldogs Caitlin Miller wins the tip. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel out of Section X to take on Section 7 for the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. It would be a defensive battle throughout and low scoring. In a low scoring first quarter, the Bulldogs would take the slim 8-6 lead. In the second quarter, the Bobcats would be in complete control and win the quarter 20-5 and take the 26-13 lead into the intermission. In the third quarter, it would be very low scoring and the Bulldogs would win the quarter 4-2 and the Bobcats would still have the 28-17 lead. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs would do there best to make a game by winning 12-8. Although it wouldn't be enough as the Bobcats would get the 36-29 win. In the losing effort, Katie Beach would lead the way with 11 points as the Bulldogs start the season at 0-1. Gallery.
