Norwich would take the 2-1 lead into the final period when they scored in the final minute of the second period. Norwich would extend there lead to 3-1 eight minutes into the third. Mike Kavanagh would score for the Cardinals to make it 3-2 with six minutes setting up an exciting finish. Although the Cardinals would fall short 3-2 and their season would come to end for the Cardinals in the Final Four with a record of 19-6-4.Gallery
