The Airborne Speedway Padres would lose both games to the undeafted Lyon Mountain Miners 8-5 in game 1 and 12-6 in game two. It was a tough day out there for Padres that were fighting through extrication as they were losing players for different reasons throughout. The Padres would stay in both games until the late innings when the Miners would pull away with the loses the Padres fall to 2-10 and the Miners improve to 12-0.

Plattsburgh State Cardinals Kyle Kudroch (20) with the shot on the net coming in on the breakaway. For the championship of the Cardinal Classic, it was a battle of the top 5 schools as The Plattsburgh State Cardinals took on the Castleton State Spartans. This would be a very rough game right from the drop of the puck. The game would remain scoreless until the 11-minute mark of the second period when the Spartans take the 1-0. Then with 3 minutes remaining in the period, the Cardinal tied the game up on Kyle Taylor's goal. The game would stay tied until Jake Mooney scores the game-winner with 4 minutes left in the game to give the Cardinals the Cardinal Classic title. In the winning effort, Matthieu Cadieux stops 20 of 21 shots as the Cardinals improve to 8-2-3 on the season. Gallery

The game would remain scoreless until the 2 minute mark of the second period when Alex Brenton scores. The just 4 minutes later Kyle Taylor scores to make it 2-0. Then to end the period the Jensen brothers would each get one to make it 4-0 after the second period. Then in the third period, Matt McCleod would put the icing on for the 5-0 win. Chateaugay Bulldogs' Michael Boyea (10) with the fade away underneath the basket. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Brushton-Moria Panthers in nondivisional games. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would cruise there a way to the victory by doubling up the Panthers 56-29. With the win, the Bulldogs continue there unbeaten streak. Gallery

Chateaugay Bulldogs' Courtney Boyea (15) splits through the pair of Brushton-Moria Panthers on the way to the hoop. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Brushton-Moria Panthers in nondivisional action. The Bulldogs would race out to an early 15-0 lead. The Panthers, however, would scratch and claw there way back into the game and would take there first lead of the night with 8 seconds left and get the 39-38 victory. Gallery
