The Chateaugay Bulldogs would take to the court against the Norwood-Norfolk in Section X action just a few days after the tragic loss of one of there own against the Norwood-Norfolk Flyers. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would race out to the 19-3 after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Flyers would do there best to keep the game close as they would win the quarter 13-7 to make it 26-16 Bulldogs at the break. When the teams returned for the second half the Bulldogs would find there spread again as they would win the quarter 19-9 to take the 45-25 lead into the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter, the Bulldogs would go into cruise mode and the 62-27 win. Gallery

Beekmantown's Justin Stevens (22) lays up off the window for two on the breakaway. It would be the first game of the 2013 edition of the Section 7/10 Challenge with the Beekmantown Eagles and the Brushton-Moria Panthers facing off at Plattsburgh. It would be a tight game for most of other than a run that the Eagles went on in the second half extending it to a 17 point lead. The Panthers would do there best to come back although it would fall short. As the Eagles would get the 56-49 victory with the win the Eagles fo to 2-4 while the Panthers fall to 3-3 on the season. Saranac's Kaleb Keysor (24) drives the lane and draws the contact as he takes flight for the layup basket. In the last of five games in the Challenge it would be the Malone Huskies and Saranac Chiefs from the Plattsburgh State Field House. This would be a half-court game with defenses stepping up to keep their team in the contest after the first half the Huskies would have 24-19 lead on the Chiefs. In the second half the offenses would find some more space and the Huskies would win the half 33-24 to secure the 57-43 win. With the win Huskies go to 7-1 while the Chiefs fall to 3-4 on the season. Chateaugay's Jordan Martin (12) in flight as he attempts the underhand scoop shot for the basket. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Regis Falls Saints in Section X East Division action. This early-season matchup would see the defenses locking both teams down after the first the Bulldogs would have an 8-5 lead. In the second quarter the defenses would still hold tight as the Saints win the quarter 13-7 and took an 18-15 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the defenses would still have the upper hand as the Bulldogs win the quarter 9-5 and take the 24-23 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter the offenses would finally show up as the Saints win the quarter 20-14 to give the Saints the 43-38 win. With the win, the Saints go to 6-0 and the Bulldogs fall to 2-3 on the season.Gallery

The Malone Huskies would host the Gouverneur Wildcats in Section X Central Division action. The Huskies would hold the slim 11-8 lead after the first quarter. The game would remain tight at the half with the Huskies having a 23-19 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter the game would stay tight with the Huskies having a 35-30. Then in the fourth quarter both teams offenses would come alive but the Huskies proved to have enough as they outscored them 22-19 for the 57-49 victory. In the winning effort Malone's Alex Johnson would lead the way with 19 points as the Huskies go to 3-0 on the season. Gallery
