The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Regis Falls Saints in Section X East Division action. This early season matchup would see the defenses locking both teams down after the first the Bulldogs would have a 8-5 lead. In the second quarter the defenses would still hold tight as the Saints win the quarter 13-7 and took a 18-15 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the defenses would still have the upper hand as the Bulldogs win the quarter 9-5 and take the 24-23 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter the offenses would finally show up as the Saints win the quarter 20-14 to give the Saints the 43-38 win.
