The Red Dragons would tie the game up at 1 in the last minute of the first period. The Cardinals would take the lead for good in the first minute of the second period on the Kyle Taylor goal. The Cardinals would add two more in the period on Alex Jensen and Kyle Kudroch's goals. The #8 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would get the 4-1 victory over the Buffalo State Bengals in ECAC-West play. The Cardinals would open up the scoring in the second on three goals coming from Alyssa Parke, Allison Era, and Jenny Kistner. They would add one from Emma Rutherford in the third period. Plattsburgh State Cardinals Alex Jensen (15) comes on a breakaway to the game-tying goal. #6 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #2 Oswego State Lakers in the battle for first place in the SUNYAC's. Oswego would open up the scoring 6 minutes into the first. The Cardinals would answer back to tie the game at 1. in the second minutes of the 2nd period on the Paul Puglisi goal. Oswego would reassume the lead 5 minutes later. Then just 90 seconds later Alex Jensen would tie the game up for good. Plattsburgh State Cardinals Chelsea VanGlahn battles for the behind the net with the Amherst Lady jeffs defender. Chelsea VanGlahn would go on to score the two cardinals goals. The #4 Plattsburgh Cardinals would host #7 Amherst Lady Jeffs in the Cardinals/Panthers Classic. The game would be scoreless through the first period. Then early in the second period, the Lady Jeffs would take 1-0 lead and would add another one later in the period to the 2-0 lead heading into the final period. The Lady Jeffs would take the 3-0 lead early in the 3rd period. Then Cardinals would start there come back getting two goals within 2 minutes with still 8 minutes left on the clock. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Parishville-Hopkinton Panthers in an east division game. It would be very physical and spirited throughout. The Bulldogs would prevail with the 1-0 win on Chad Slater's goal in the 60th minute off a direct kick. In the winning effort, Erik Fleury gets his 25th career shutout while stopping 11 shots. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 4-2 in east and 7-3 overall while the Parishville-Hopkinton Panther suffer there first loss in the division dropping to 5-1-2 in the east and 9-2-2 overall. Malone Huskies Austin Dunleavy (84) with the leaping catch in the endzone for the touchdown on the crossing pattern. It would be the Malone Huskies hosting the Potsdam Sandstones in the Northern Football Conference Class A Championship. It would be a close game throughout the first half as both teams would trade scores back and forth with the Huskies taking at 27-20 lead into the break. Although when the second half would start the Huskies would show their dominance as they would score four times in the third quarter to end up getting the 48-20 victory. In the winning effort John Picarco would have a three-touchdown day. With the win, the Malone Huskies advance to the state playoffs against Brunt Hill next weekend at Stillwater High School. Gallery.
