Squirrels reciever secures the catch along the sidelines for the extra yards. The Chiefs would meet up with the Squirels in the first week of the Plattsvegas 6v6 tourney. The Chiefs would control the game from start to finish and have a 21-7 lead at the break. In the second half it would be the same as the Chiefs would win the half 21-7 and get the 42-14 win. With the win the Chiefs would go to 1-1 while the Squirrels would start at 0-1. Gallery

The Saints would control the game for the first part and take the 14-7 lead into the break. In the second half, it would be more of the same as the Saints would win the half 13-7 and secure the 27-14 victory. With the win, Saints would go to 2-0 on the season while the Dark Knights would be 0-1 on the season. Gallery

In what would be the best game of the day. The Saints would have the 14-7 lead at the break. In the second half the teams would trade scores and tie the half at 7 although it would be enough for the Saints to hold on for the 21-14 victory. With the game over the Saints would go to 1-0 while the Chiefs fall to 0-1. Gallery

New York State Class D Quarterfinals: Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Lake Placid Blue Bombers November 8 2014

There would be four games that would be needed to determine the winner. In the end, the Bulldogs would get the three 3-1 win by the score of 25-13, 25-22, 24-26, and 25-10. With the win, the Bulldogs will make there the fourth trip to the New York State Final Four in Glens Falls on November 15th and 16th. Gallery

New York State Class D First Round: Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Galway Eagles November 5 2014

The Chateaugay Bulldogs would meet up with the Galway Eagles in the first round of the New York State Class D championships at Saratoga High School. The Bulldogs would come in and put their best foot forward and show why they were the section 10 champions. The Bulldogs would get the straight-sets victory to advance to the Quarterfinals. The scores of the three games would be 25-18, 25-13, and 25-20. With the win, the Chateaugay Bulldogs go to 20-1 on the season and will play Lake Placid for the right to go to the final four. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would meet up with the Massena Red Raiders in the Section X Championship. These would be the top two teams throughout the season and they would show it again tonight. This time the Massena Red Raiders would be the ones that would come out on top winning the title in four games. The scores of the four games would be 25-19, 16-25 25-20, and 25-18. With the lose the Bulldogs are given there first loss of the season and are 19-1 on the season. The next game for the Bulldogs will be Galaway on November 5th at Saratoga High School. Gallery

The Malianiakas Masonry would control the first half and take a 14-0 lead into the break. In the second half it would be more of the same Malianakas would win the half 21-0 and get the 35-0 victory. Section 7 Class B Championship: #1 Peru Indians Vs #2 Beekmantown Eagles November 1 2014

Beekmantown's Justin Stevens (22) runs over the defender for the first down on his way to setting the Section 7 Football single-season rushing total at 1,850 yards. The #1 Peru Indians would meet up with the #2 Beekmantown Eagles in New York State Section 7 Championship at Ausable Valley. The Eagles would strike first on a Justin Stevens touchdown run in the first quarter to make it 7-0. In the second quarter, Eagles Matt Villa would return the interception for the score to make it 14-0. Later in the quarter, the Indians would get on the board to make it 14-7 as they head to the half. In the third quarter, the teams would trade scores with Justin Stevens run to make it 21-7 Eagles headed to the fourth quarter the Indians would score twice in the quarter including Buddy Altizer game-winner with 12 seconds to give the Indians the 28-21 victory. In the winning effort, the Peru Indians would go to 9-0 and advance to the New York State Class B Playoffs against Malone. Even though the Eagles would lose Justin Stevens would set the single-season Section 7 rushing total at 1,850 yards. Gallery
