Saranac's Landon Duprey (16) with the hard hit on the Beekmantown defender into the boards. It would be a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference matchup between the host Beekmantown Eagles and the Saranac Chiefs for the second time this year. After their first meeting, this year needed over time the potential for another great game was there. It was looking that way for a bit until the Eagles would light the lamp for the first goal of the game from Zach Lapier at the 9:15 mark of the first period. Then just two and a half minutes later the Eagles would strike again this time from Moser for the 2-0 lead and that's where the period would end. When the second period started the Chiefs were doing their best to get back in the game and on the board although they wouldn't have an answer. Then at the 14:29 mark of the period, the Eagles would extend their lead to 3-0 on Zach Lapier's second goal of the game. The third period would start off fast for the Eagles as Zach Lapier would complete the hat trick just 40 seconds in and make it a 4-0 game. Then with under three minutes left in the game, the Eagles would put the finishing touches on the game with a goal by Keegan Seamone for the 5-0 win. Saranac Lake/Lake Placid's Hugo Hobson (29) comes in on the break and sends it over the down and out Beekmantown's Austin Dosier. It would be the rematch two years in the making as it would feature the Beekmantown Eagles and Saranac Lake/Lake Placid Lakers facing again for the first time since there 2020 Champlain Valley Athletic Conference championship game. It would be a very physical game from start to finish and with that in mind, it would take till 2:15 left in the first period for the opening goal of the game from Beekmantown's Anthony Marion for the 1-0 Eagles lead. Then about halfway through the second period at the 8:34 mark, the Eagles would extend their lead to 2-0 on the Bingel goal. Just about a minute later the Lakers would get on the board and put the game back at a 1 goal game on the Hugo Hobson goal. The one goal difference would be short-lived as the Eagles would regain their 2 goal lead at 11:44 of the period on the Luke Moser goal for a 3-1 lead after the second period. Then just 1:30 into the third period the Eagles would make it 4-1 as DJ Gonyo would go coast to coast for the goal top shelf. Although the Lakers would show some life as they would light the lamp just 45 seconds later on the Noah Munn-Jennings goal to make it 4-2. The Eagles would answer back at the 6:43 mark of the period on the Reid Fessette rifle shot and take the 5-2 lead back. Then in the closing minutes of the game, the Eagles would add a shorthanded empty netter from Luke Moser his second of the night for the 6-2 win. Gallery

Beekmantown's Anthony Marion (16) with the hard hit on Northeastern Clinton's Owen Ebersol (14) that sends him into the bench. It would be a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference affair as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Northeastern Clinton Cougars at the Plattsburgh State Field House. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as they would get the early lead just 2:59 into the first period on the Chase Clikey goal for the 1-0 lead. The Cougars would keep crashing the net and get the equalizer from Owen Ebersol at the 9:07 mark of the period. The Eagles would be quick to strike back and regain the one-goal lead at 2-1 on the Nolan Latinville goal. Then as the horn was getting ready to sound the Eagles would get a goal from Dayton Rovers to take the 3-1 lead into the intermission. When the teams were back for the second period they both would have their chances and the physical play was there but no one would be able to light the lamp and it would remain 3-1. In the third period, the Eagles would put the icing on the cake with a goal at the 3:47 mark from Nolan Latinville to secure the 4-1 win. Plattsburgh's Rachel Madore (22) stuffs the puck in the back of the net as part of a two-goal night. It would be a section vii game inside the Upstate New York Girl's Hockey League as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Saranac Lake/Lake Placid Lakers. It would take a bit but the home Hornets would get on the board first with a goal at the 6:47 mark of the first period when Amaya Abellard would light the lamp for the 1-0 lead. Then just two minutes later the Hornets would expand their lead to 2-0 on the Amanda Vaughn goal. Then with just under two minutes left in the opening period, the Hornets would take a 3-0 lead on the Rachel Madore power-play goal. When the teams came back for the second period the teams would play the period very evenly with the Hornets getting the only goal of the period in the final minute on Rachel Madore's second goal of the night to make it 4-0. In the third period, the Hornets would put the icing on the cake with a goal by Ada Johnson to secure a 5-0 win. Potsdam's Chase Rozier (30) dives back across the paint and gets the paddle save on Beekmantown's Dalton Kane (11). It would be nonleague action at the Stafford Ice Arena as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Potsdam Sandstoners. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as Luke Moser would get the quick goal at 1:57 of the first period for the early 1-0 lead. The Sandstoners would answer back just over two minutes later and tie the game at 1 on the John Friot goal. The Eagles would be in control the rest of the period with four more goals coming from Dalton Kane, Colin Latinville, Reid Fessette, and Luke Moser (second of the game) and have a commanding 5-1 lead at the end of one. In the second period, the Eagles would stay hot with another three goals Luke Moser (third and fourth of the night), Sweenor (shorthanded), and have an 8-1 lead. In the third period, the Eagles still couldn't be shut down as they would get another three goals Keegan Rodier, Anthony Marion, and Cooper Burdo to secure the 11-1. In the winning effort, the Eagles go to 5-2 while the Sandstoners fall to 1-7 on the season. Gallery

The first game of day two of the Clinton Community College Holiday Classic would be the Beekmantown Eagles and the Boquet Valley Griffins. The game starts off slow as the Eagles would take a slim 9-6 lead after the first quarter. . In the second quarter though the offense would come alive for the Eagles as they would take the quarter 15-6 and have a 24-12 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Griffins would seem to find their stride as they would be equal to the task with the Eagles with a 14-14 quarter making it a 38-26 game as they went to the fourth. In that fourth quarter, the Griffins would give it everything they got but they would come up short with a 13-9 quarter and the Eagles would hold on for the 47-39 victory. In the winning effort, the Beekmantown Eagles go to 5-5 while the Boquet Valley Griffins would fall to 5-3 on the season. Gallery
