It would be a nonsectional matchup as the #3 Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Beekmantown and tangle with the Eagles. It would be a matchup between two evenly matched teams that would not see the lead get over at all during the contest. The Eagles would have the 14-8 lead after the first quarter. The Eagles would also win the second quarter 15-12 and take a 29-20 lead into the intermission. When the teams came back from the third quarter the Eagles would take the quarter slightly 12-10 and have a 41-30 lead headed into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs would go to the full-court press and the Eagles would have a hard time with it and the Bulldogs would win the quarter 21-12. Although it would not be enough as the Eagles would hold on for the 53-50 victory. In losing effort Zack Cowan would lead the way for the Bulldogs with 16 points for the Bulldogs as they fall to 6-1 on the season. Gallery

The #7 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host New England College Pilgrims in the Semi-Finals of the Cardinal Classic. The Cardinals would waste little time taking the 1-0 lead on Paul Fregeau's goal at 3:09 of the first period. Then just over three minutes later Paul Fregeau would score again to make it 2-0 Cardinals. Then at the 10:17 mark of the first Cardinal's Aryton Valente would score to make it 3-0 at the first intermission. The game would stay there until the 13:47 mark of the second period when Cardinal's Josh Koerner would score to make it 4-0. The game would stay there until the 7:43 mark of the third period when Paul Fegeau would finish the scoring and hat trick on the night. With the Cardinals would get the 5-0 victory and the goaltenders would combine for the shutout as they go to 10-2-2 on the season. Gallery
