The Cardinals would set the tone early in the game with four unanswered goals in the first quarter with two coming from Jack Carroll for the 4-0 lead. In the second quarter the Cardinals would extend there lead with a 4-1 quarter with two goals from Jack Mullen for the 8-1 lead at the intermission. When the teams returned for the third quarter the Cardinals would outscore them 3-1 and have a 11-1 lead headed into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter the Pilgrams would actual win the quarter 4-2 as the Cardinals had backed off the throttle and the Cardinals would hold on for the 13-5 victory. In the winning effort Jack Carroll and Jack Mullen would lead the way with the hat trick each as the Cardinals go to 3-4 on the season. Gallery

The Cardinals would waste little time taking the 1-0 lead on Paul Fregeau's goal at 3:09 of the first period. Then just over three minutes later Paul Fregeau would score again to make it 2-0 Cardinals. Then at the 10:17 mark of the first Cardinal's Aryton Valente would score to make it 3-0 at the first intermission. The game would stay there until the 13:47 mark of the second period when Cardinal's Josh Koerner would score to make it 4-0. The game would stay there until the 7:43 mark of the third period when Paul Fegeau would finish the scoring and hat trick on the night. With the Cardinals would get the 5-0 victory and the goaltenders would combine for the shutout as they go to 10-2-2 on the season. Gallery.
