This game would need more than regulation time to decide the winner as the score would be deadlocked with no score as they would play the needed 80 minutes. In the extra time, the Eagles would finally get the needed goal from Ian McCasland for the 1-0 win. With the win the Beekmantown Eagles would finish off their regular season with a 8-5-1 record while the Nighthawks finish the season at 9-4-1 and now both teams will look forward to the upcoming playoffs.
