Chateaugay's former Coach Ron Boyea is honored before the game for his 21 years of service as a varsity basketball coach. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Northern Adirondack Bobcats in non-league action. The Bulldogs would actually hold the Bobcats scoreless in the first quarter and lead 10-0 after the first. Then in the second quarter, the Bulldogs would outscore the Bobcats 15-4 to take 29-4 lead into the half. Then in the third quarter, the Bulldogs would outscore them 17-7 and take a 46-11 lead into the fourth. In the 4th quarter, the Bobcats would actually cut into the lead by outscoring the Bulldogs 13-8. Although the Bulldogs would hold on to for the 54-24 win.
