The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the #13 Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets in Section X East Division action. The Yellow would wast no time in taking advantage and scoring a goal on John Lenny's goal 42 seconds into the game to make it 1-0. Then in the 5th minute John Lenny would score again to make it 2-0. Then in the 13th minute, the Bulldogs would get on the board as Zack Cowan would score to make it 2-1 Yellow Jackets. From there on the rain and the good defenses would clamp down on the game and the Yellow Jackets would get the 2-1 victory. The Bulldogs would get the straight-set victory all though they would be three hard-fought games. The Bulldogs would get the wins 30-28, 25-18, and 25-23 to continue there undefeated season at 11-0. It would be a battle of a couple of the top teams in Section X Volleyball as the Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Salmon River Shamrocks. It would be a battle at the top of the East Division inside of Section X Girls Soccer as the #11 Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Brushton-Moria Panthers. The Bulldogs would take the 1-0 lead in the 18th minute on Danielle Charland's goal. Then in the 56th minute, the Bulldogs would extend there lead to 2-0 on Danielle Charland's second goal. Then in the 59th minute, the Bulldogs would make it 3-0 on Brianna Cook's goal. Then in the 69th minute, Katie Beach would score for the Bulldogs to make it 4-0. Then in the 70th minute, the Bulldogs would make it 5-0 on an Own goal. Malianakas Masonary would meet up with the American Legion/SL Trucking in week three of the North Country Flag Football League. This would be a early season battle for the top spot in the league as both teams would coming in undefeated at 3-0 on the season. With that being said you could deffenately tell this was top level game. T. Malianakas would take a 14-0 lead at the half. In the second half the American Legion would try and make the comeback but it would come short as they would only get one score to make it 14-7. With Malianakas getting the 14-7 victory they would go to 4-0 while American Legion/SL Trucking would fall to 3-1 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh's Matt Durocher (14) breaks the tackle and head down the field for the first down. The #1 Plattsburgh North Stars would host the #2 Watertown Red Black in the empire football league championship for the third time in five years. The game would be played in steady rain throughout the night. The Plattsburgh North Stars would get the lone score of the game on Jamil McCray's rushing touchdown. With the lone score of the game, the North Stars would get the 6-0 victory with the help of there shutdown defense. Saranac's Dylan Clay (17) leaps out and gets the first down before he is brought down by the foot tackle. The Saranac Chiefs would travel down to Clintonville and take on the AU Sable Valley Patriots in week 5 of the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference football season. The Saranac Chiefs would take the 7-0 at 7:07 of the first quarter on Dylan Clay's block punt recovered in the endzone for the touchdown. Then just about two minutes later the Chiefs would extend the lead to 14-0 on Zack Martin's 4-yard run. Then three minutes into the second quarter Zack Martin would score again 1 yard out and take the 22-0 lead headed into the half. Then in the third quarter, Caiden Goodman would score on the 15-yard reception to make it 29-0 at 9:03 of third. Then in the closing seconds of the third Hunter Church would score from three yards out to make it 36-0. Then in the opening minute of the fourth quarter, Skinadar would put the Patriots on the board with the 6-yard touchdown reception to make it 36-7. Then with under 6 minutes left in the game, Hunter Church would get his second touchdown of the night on a 14-yard run to make it 43-7. From there on the Chiefs would hold on for the 43-7 victory. In the winning effort, Zack Martin would run for 123 yards and 2 scores as the Chiefs get there first win of the season and go to 1-4 on the season while the Patriots fall to 1-4 on the season. The Bulldogs would jump out quickly and take the 1-0 lead on Katie Beach's 2nd-minute goal. Then in the 13th minute, the Bulldogs would extend there lead to 2-0 on Brianna Cook's goal. Then in the 32nd minute, they would end there first-half assault with Danielle Charaland's goal to make it 3-0 Bulldogs. Then when teams came back for the second the Bulldogs would insure the win on Brianna Cook's second goal of the game in the 40th minute to make it 4-0. From there on the Bulldogs would hold on for the 4-0 win. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs goalies would combine for the shutout victory as they go to 8-1 on the season. Gallery.

Westport Lady Eagles shut out Johnsburg Jaguars 3-0 in girls MVAC soccer. In the first half, Lizzie Stephens(15) - Westport - would score at 7:13 assisted by Chloe Mitchell(5) giving the Lady Eagles a 1-0 lead. Later on in the first, Taylor Gough(13) - Westport - would score at 27:15; the goal was unassisted giving the Lady Eagles 2-0 advantage. In the second half, Ellie Schwoebel(11) - Westport - scored at 49:19; the goal was also unassisted giving the Lady Eagles the 3-0 win. The Lady Eagles had 6 shots, 4 saves, 5 corner kicks, 5 fouls, and 2 offsides. The Lady Jaguars had 4 shots, 3 saves, 4 corner kicks, 5 fouls, and 0 offsides.
