Northeastern's Ryan Savage (44) comes in on the breakaway and puts it in the top shelf for the goal. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would travel to Plattsburgh to take on the Hornets in Section VII. The Hornets would come in with revenge on there mind as they had gotten beat in early match this season. The Hornets would get the opening goal to make it 1-0. The Cougars would charge back and tie the game at one on Ryan Savage's breakaway goal in the first period. From there on out the Hornets would be in control as they would score 4 unanswered goals to secure the 5-1 victory. In the losing effort Ryan Roberts would make 30 saves on the night. Gallery.

Plattsburgh State's Aryton Valente (15) with the shot on net on the breakaway attempt. The #2 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Cortland State Red Dragons in SUNYAC action. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead at the 5:08 mark of the first period on a goal Ryan Chaisson. The Red Dragons would come right back and tie the game up at one just about 90 seconds later. The game would stay there till the 8-minute mark of the second period when Pat Egan would score on the power play to make it 2-1 Cardinals. The Cardinals would extend the lead to 3-1 on Luke Baleshetea's goal at 9"58 of the second. Then at the 12:44 mark of the second period, the Cardinals would extend the lead to 5-1 on Mike Radisia's goal. Then at the 15:45 mark of the second period the Cardinals would make it 6-1 on Nick Belger's goal. The game would stay there till the last second of the game when the Cardinals would score on Santino Ragone's power-play goal to secure the 7-1 victory. Plattsburgh State's Kayla Meneghin (9) taps in the goal along the goal line to start the scoring. The #1 ranked Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Cortland State Red Dragons in ECAC West action. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would get the lone goal in the first period on Kayla Meneghin's short-handed goal at the 4:32 mark. The game would stay there until the 6:09 mark of the second period when Karen Hudson would score to make it 2-0. Then the Cardinals would end the second period with a couple of power-play goals from Courtney Molarity and Jordan Lipson to make it 4-0 after the second period. The Red Dragons would get on the board at 2:28 of the third period to make it 4-1. Then at 6:02 of the third period, the Cardinals would regain the four-goal lead on a power-play goal by Melissa Ames. Then to finish out the scoring the Cardinals would get a pair of goals in under a minute from Ashley Songin and Courtney Molarity (second of the night) to secure the 7-1 victory. Plattsburgh State's Kyle Hall (10) cuts in front of the net and puts over the goalie's shoulder for the opening goal. The #3 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host arch-rival Oswego State Lakers in SUNYAC action. The Cardinals take the lead early at 4:33 of the first period on Kyle Hall's goal to make it 1-0. Oswego would answer right back thirty seconds later to tie the game up at one. Then in the last five minutes of the first, the Cardinals would retake the lead at 2-1 on Conor Gorman's goal. Oswego would come back and tie the game up back up at 11:54 of the second. The game would remain there till the early minutes of the third when Oswego would take the 3-2 lead. The game would stay there till about two minutes left in the game when the Cardinals would tie it up on a 4x4 goal by Anthony Calabrese. The game would go to overtime where Connor Gorman would get the game-winner with 2 seconds left to secure the 4-3 victory. In the winning effort, Spencer Finney would make 27 saves on the night as the Cardinals go to 17-3-1 on the season. Gallery.

Northeastern Clinton's Ryan Roberts (1) with the glove save on the tough angle shot. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would travel to Plattsburgh to take on the #10 Beekmantown Eagles in Section 7 Division 2 action. The Eagles would jump out to a quick 3-0 lead in the first couple minutes of the first period. The game would stay there until the second period when the Cougars would get a power-play to go to make it 3-1. Shortly after though the Eagles would score to put the lead back at three. In the third period, the teams would trade a goal each as the Eagles would get the 5-2 victory. Gallery.

Plattsburgh State's Melissa Ames (24) with the goal on the scramble in front of the net. It would be a matchup of top 10 teams as #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host #9 Norwich Cadets in Non-league action that would be a rematch of last year's national championship. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead on Melissa Ames goal at the 4-minute mark of the first. The Cardinals would extend the lead to 2-0 on Julia Duquette's goal at the 10-minute mark of the first. The game would stay there until the 4:05 mark of the second period when Karen Hudson would extend it to 3-0. Then at the 7:30 mark, Mackenize Millen would make it 4-0. Then in the closing minutes of the second Kayla Meneghin would make it 5-0. Then at the 5:58 mark of the third period, Melissa Sheeran would put the icing on the cake to ensure the 6-0 victory. Plattsburgh State's Nicole Mensi (7) looking for the goal on the doorstep attempt. The #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would meet up with the William Smith Herons in ECAC West Hockey action. It would be a game that the cardinals would be in control of from start to finish. As the Cardinals would have a 6-0 lead after the first period with goals from Courtney Moriarty, Jordan Lipson (2), Mellisa Ames (2), and Bridget Baisley. William Smith would add one in the second period to make it 6-1 headed to the third period. The Cardinals would add three more in the third period from Kayla Meneghin, Julie Duquette, and Melissa Sheeran for the 9-1 victory. Northeastern Clinton's (6) with the hard body check on the Malone defender along the boards to gain control of the puck. It would be a non-league affair between the Malone Huskies and the Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The Cougars would strike first at the 8:50 mark of the first period on Gonyo's goal. The game would stay there till 9:03 mark of the second when Gonyo would strike again this time on the power play to make it 2-0. The Cougars would extend the lead to 3-0 on Dupee's goal late in the second period. The Huskies would get on the board at the 51-second mark of the third period to make it 3-1 on the power play. Then at 5:10 mark of the period, Benware would strike again to make it a 3-2 game. The Huskies would fight the rest of the game but their efforts would come shortly as the Cougars get the 3-2 win. In the winning effort, the Cougars goalies would combine for 24 saves as the Cougars go to 6-6 on the season. Gallery

It would be a non-conference affair between top ten teams as the #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #7 Middlebury Panthers. The game would remain scoreless until the first minute of the second period when Mellisa Sheeran would light the lamp to give the Cardinals the 1-0 lead. The Cardinals would extend the lead to 2-0 at the eight-minute mark Kayla Meneghain. The game would stay there till the last minute of the game when Kayla Meneghain would get her second goal of the night on the empty net. As the Cardinals would secure the 3-0 victory. In the winning effort, Cammie Leonard would make 16 saves for the shutout as the Cardinals would go to 12-0 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh's State's Pat Egan (16) with the tapper at the net on the cross pass for the goal. The #2 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Canton Kangaroos in non-conference. The Cardinals would leave no stretch to the imagination that they were in control of the game scoring five times in the first period for a 5-0 lead. The goal scores in the period would be Nick Belanger (2), Luke Baleshetea, Ross Sloan and Brandon O'Quinn. In the second period, they would pick up where they left off as Brandon O'Quinn would get second of the night on a power-play goal to make it 6-0. Then the Kangaroos would finally get on the period with two-goal in a two-minute span in the second period to make it 6-2 at the end of the second period. Then a 1:20 into the third period Pat Egan would strike to extend the Cardinals lead to 7-2. Then in the closing minutes of the game, the Cardinals would strike with Luke Baleshetea's second goal of the night to finish off the game and give the Cardinals the 8-2 victory. In the winning effort, Spencer Finney would make 23 saves as the Cardinals go to 11-2-1 on the season. Gallery.
