Beekmantown's Hayden King (21) with the crunching hit along the side boards. It would be the opening game of the Beekmantown Holiday Tournament featuring the Beekmantown Eagles and the Rye Garnets. The Garnets would not take long to take control of the game as they would score twice in the first period for the 2-0 lead. In the second period they would add one more to extend there lead to 3-0. In the third period, the Rye offense would open up with three goals. The Eagles would give up some fight they would add a goal from Matthew Maggy. Although it would not be enough as the Eagles would fall to the Garnet 6-1 and fall to 1-3-1 on the season. Gallery

Northeastern Clinton's (25) and (19) with the tag hit along the boards on the Pelican. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would meet up with the top team in the state the Pelham Pelicans as part of the Beekmantown Holiday Tournament. The teams would be equal throughout the first period as they would trade goals to and be tied at 1 after the first period. In the second period, the Pelicans would show why they are the number 1 team in the state as they would score four goals and extend there lead to 5-1. In the third period, they would continue and put the icing on the cake with two more goals. With that, the Cougars would fall to the Pelicans 7-1 and fall to 2-1 on the season. Gallery

Saranac's (31) with the pad save on the scramble in front of the net. The Beekmantown Eagles would host the Saranac Chiefs in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference action. Beekmantown would show their dominance from the start of the game as they would get two goals in the first from Nathan Trombley and Seamus Andrews to lead 2-0 after the first. In the second period, the Eagles would break the game open as they would score four times from Christian Wawrzynski (twice), Josh McCauley, and Nathan Hebret to lead 6-0. In the third period, the Eagles would add two more for the icing on the cake from Kade Collins, and Kaden Kowalasaki to secure the 8-0 victory. In the winning effort, the Eagles go to 1-2-1 as the Cheifs go to 0-1 on the season. Gallery

Beekmantown's Evan Davison (23) with the crunching hit on Northeastern Clinton's defender (17). The Beekmantown Eagles would host the Northeastern Clinton Cougars in section 7 action. The Cougars would take the 1-0 lead at the 8-minute mark of the second period on Kyle Vassar's goal. The Cougars would extend there lead to 2-0 on Adian Lvalley's goal with four minutes left in the second period. The Eagles would cut the lead in half on Christan Wawrzynski's goal in the final minute of the second period. In the final three minutes of the regulation, Matthew Maggy would get the equalizer to force overtime. In the overtime, the Cougars would get the winner in the final minute from Ian Gordon. In the winning effort for the Cougars Ryan Roberts would make 25 saves. In the losing effort, Cole Harvey would make 23 saves as the Eagles go to 0-2-1. Gallery

As the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Kenmore East Bulldogs. The Bulldogs would strike first in the last two minutes of the first period for the 1-0 lead. In the second period, the Bulldogs would get two more goals to extend the lead to 3-0. In the third period, the teams would trade goals. Although it would not be enough as the Kenmore East Bulldogs would hold on for the 4-1 victory. In the losing effort, the Beekmantown Eagles fall to 0-1-1 on the season. Gallery

The Eagles would get the lone goal in the first period with just about five minutes remaining from Kade Collins. In the second period the LaSalle Cadets would come back and get a pair of goals from Ryan Murray and Sam Balston to take a 2-1 lead. That is where the game would stay til 1:30 remaining in the game when Christain Wawrzynski would score to tie the game at 2. The teams would go to overtime but it would not help as they would finish tied at two. Gallery

Northeastern Clinton's Ryan Roberts (1) with the stick save on Beekmantown's Nathan Trombley (3) wrap around attempt. It would be a Section 7 Division 2 Semi-final matchup between #1 Beekmantown Eagles and #4 Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The upset-minded Cougars would take the 1-0 on Landon Coulombe's goal at 1:10 of the first period. The Cougars would extend there lead to 2-0 on Dayron Roberts goal at 11:31 of the first period. The Eagles would get on the board before the end of period on Hayden King at 13:15 of the period. When the teams came back for the second period the Eagles would be looking to take control of the game and they did with scoring four goals in 2:30. The four-goal scores in the period would be Nathan Hebert, Brantley Marion, Christian Wawrzynski, and Brendan Davison to a stranglehold on the game at 5-2 Beekmantown after the second period. In the third period, the Cougars would try and mount a comeback as Ian Gordon would score at 7:38 of the period to make it 5-3. The Eagles would stomp out the as they would score at 10:45 thanks to Brantley Marion (second goal of the night ) to secure the 6-3 victory. In the winning effort, the Beekmantown Eagles advance to the Section VIIChampionship next week against Lake Placid as the Northeastern Clinton Cougars season comes to an end. Gallery

Salmon River's Otto Thomas (7) fights through the breakup play and chargers to the net for the shoot. It would be a non-conference matchup as the Salmon River Shamrocks would travel to Plattsburgh and take on the #9 Beekmantown Eagles. The Shamrocks would jump out to the quick 1-0 lead on Bryton Burns's goal at 2 minutes of the first period. The Eagles would come back and tie the game at one on Kade Collins's goal. The Eagles would take a 2-1 lead on Christin Wawrzynski's goal at 13:30 of the first period. The game would remain there until 13:10 of the second period when the Eagles would extend the lead to 3-1 on Michael Parent's goal. The Shamrocks would cut the lead to 3-2 on Otto Thomas's powerplay goal at 8:43 of the third period. The Eagles would regain the two-goal lead on Hayden King's goal at 9:03 of the third. Then in the final two minutes, the Eagles would score with Matthew Maggy to secure the 5-2 victory. Gallery

Northeastern Clinton's (10) battles to win the offensive zone face-off. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would travel to Plattsburgh to take on the Hornets in Section VII. The Hornets would come in with revenge on their mind as they had gotten beat in the early match this season. The Hornets would get the opening goal to make it 1-0. The Cougars would chargeback and tie the game at one on Ryan Savage's breakaway goal in the first period. From there on out the Hornets would be in control as they would score 4 unanswered goals to secure the 5-1 victory. In the losing effort, Ryan Roberts would make 30 saves on the night. Gallery

Northeastern Clinton's Dayton Roberts (21) with the shot attempt in front of the net on the goal attempt. It would be a non-league affair between the Malone Huskies and the Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The Cougars would strike first at the 8:50 mark of the first period on Gonyo's goal. The game would stay there till 9:03 mark of the second when Gonyo would strike again this time on the power play to make it 2-0. The Cougars would extend the lead to 3-0 on Dupee's goal late in the second period. The Huskies would get on the board at the 51-second mark of the third period to make it 3-1 on the power play. Then at 5:10 mark of the period, Benware would strike again to make it a 3-2 game. The Huskies would fight the rest of the game but their efforts would come shortly as the Cougars get the 3-2 win. In the winning effort, the Cougars goalies would combine for 24 saves as the Cougars go to 6-6 on the season. Gallery
