The game would remain scoreless until the 38-second mark of the second period when Jordan Coldwell scored. The Cardinals would add two more in the period from Morgan McInnis and Justine Fisher. The Cardinals would add the icing on the cake in the third period when Morgan McInnis would get her second of the night. Plattsburgh State Cardinals Jordan Caldwell (27) takes it around the corner and avoids the trip by the Amherst Lady Jeffs defender. The #4 Plattsburgh Cardinals would host #7 Amherst Lady Jeffs in the Cardinals/Panthers Classic. The game would be scoreless through the first period. Then early in the second period, the Lady Jeffs would take 1-0 lead and would add another one later in the period to the 2-0 lead heading into the final period. The Lady Jeffs would take the 3-0 lead early in the 3rd period. Then Cardinals would start there come back getting two goals within 2 minutes with still 8 minutes left on the clock. The comeback would come up a goal short on this day though and they would lose 3-2 With the lose the Cardinals fall to 5-1-1 on the season. Gallery

Megan DiJulio would help the Cardinals to the victory as she would get two goals on the evenning and get an assist on the game winning goal. The Cardinals would win the game 3-2. Although with the win and RIT beating Elimra the Cardinals would settle for #2 seed in the upcoming conference tournament as RIT would win out on the tie breaker. Gallery
