It would be a matchup in the Upstate New York Hockey League as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Malone Huskies. It would be an evenly matched game throughout. The Huskies would light the lamp early in the first period at the 3:51 mark from Oliva Cook but it would be the only goal of the period as the Huskies held a 1-0 after the first. In the second period, the Huskies would waste little time stretching the lead to 2-0 just 45 seconds in. Although the Hornets would answer back quickly at the 2:29 mark of the period from Ava Perry to make it 2-1 game. Although just thirty seconds later the Huskies would regain their two-goal lead at 3-1. Then at the 8:15 mark of the second period, the Hornets would answer back this time from Amanda Vaughn and make it a 3-2 game as they headed to the third period. In that third period the Hornets would tie the game up at three with under minutes left on Amanda Vaughns's second goal of the game and that is where the game would finish after five-minute over time we have a 3-3 tie game. Plattsburgh's Amanda Vaughn (23) from the seat of her pants helps the puck across the line for the game-tying goal. It would be a matchup in the Upstate New York Hockey League as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Malone Huskies. It would be an evenly matched game throughout. It would be a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference matchup between crosstown rivals the Plattsburgh Hornets and the Peru Nighthawks. Before the game started the Hornets would honor their seven seniors on the team. The home Hornets would come out hot and breakout to a big lead with a 23-9 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Hornets would stay hot with a 15-7 quarter and take a 42-16 lead into the intermission. The third quarter would be the evenest quarter of the night as the Hornets would win the quarter at 15-12 and take a 57-28 lead into the fourth quarter. In that fourth quarter, the teams would still play tight but the early deficit was too much as the Hornets win the quarter 15-10 and secure the 72-38 victory. In the winning effort, the Hornets go to 8-3 while the Nighthawks fall to 2-11 on the season. Gallery

It would be the second time in three days the Plattsburgh Hornets and Saranac Chiefs would meet up at the Amer-can North Arena. The Hornets would be looking for revenge from the last game they lost in overtime and would take the quick 1-0 lead on the Jace Lacey goal 1:57 into the game. Although the Chiefs would fight back and get the equalizer 8:10 into the period on the Ethan Barnes goal. Then with 33 seconds left in the period, the Chiefs would take the 2-1 lead on the Landon Giroux goal. The Hornets would keep fighting and eventually tie the game back up at two on Jace Lacey's second goal of the game at the 9:26 mark. The Hornets wouldn't quite till they got the lead and they would on the powerplay goal by Jace Lacey for the hat trick with just under five minutes left in the period. From there the teams would play even the rest of the night until the Hornets in the last minute of the game put in the empty netter from Hayden Colburn for the 4-2 victory. Gallery
