Then just a minute into the third period Kenmore/Grand Island would make it 4-1 on the Emiliana Cassillo goal. Although the Hornets would show some life and make it a 4-2 game on the Amaya Abellard goal at the 9:18 marl. Although in the closing minute of the game the Kenmore/Grand Island squad would ice the game away with an empty netter on Megan Pinzel's second goal of the game to secure the 5-2 win and tournament title.
