Parishville-Hopkinton Panther's Jessica Richards and Chateaugay Bulldog's Alexis Beach (2)in the arm to arm combat battling for the ball along the sidelines. It would be a very physical contest between the Bulldogs and the Panthers as they would battle for the early lead in the East division. It would be a battle that would need extra time and even that wouldn't settle it as the Bulldogs and Panthers tie at zero. Gallery.

Malone Huskies Evan Hanna (4) and Potsdam Sandstoners Tom Hobbs (5) are going shoulder to shoulder battle after the ball down the sidelines. The Potsdam would take a 2-0 lead into the break on two goals from Ben Purvis. The Malone Huskies would get back within 1 on a goal Peter Laramee. The Huskies would get the equalizer from Peter Laramee on a direct kick with less than three minutes left. There would be nothing decided in the extra period and the Huskies and Sandstoners would settle for the 2-2 tie. Gallery

Chateaugay Bulldogs Katie Favuro (14) gets the shot on net just ahead of Colton-Pierponts Colts Jenna Pauls (20) steal attempt. The Chateaugay's Bulldogs would make quick work of the Colton-Pierponts Colts with three goals in the first five minutes of the game and would cruise to the 8-0 victory. In the winning effort, Katie Favuro and Katie Beach would have two goals each. With the win, the Bulldogs stay perfect at 3-0. Gallery.

St. Lawrence Larries Nate Cole (10) with an aggressive defensive play on the sliding tackles to take out Chateaugay's Joe McGillicuddy. The Bulldogs would make easy work of the larries as they would get the convincing 8-0 win to win the home opener. In the winning effort Chad Stalter would have a hat trick along with an assist for a four-point game. Also with a four-point game would be Michael Boyea with a goal and three assists. Gallery

Chateaugay Bulldog's (9) blocks the path of the Lisbon Golden Knights (13) moving up the field. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would win their home opener against one for the new division teams the Lisbon Golden Knights by a score of 3-1. The Bulldogs would strike early taking the quick 2-0 lead and the golden knights were just not able to recover. Gallery.

Plattsburgh North Stars Harry Rascoe (39) leaps up and snags the ball out of mid-air for the interception and returns it for the touchdown. In a game that had first place on the line and possible home field for the championship would pit to the top 2 teams in the league as the Syracuse Shock take a 27-21 win over the Plattsburgh North Stars. The game would see the Shock a quick 14-0 lead within the first 5 minutes of the game. The North Stars would close the racks though and would be down 14-7 after the first quarter and would be a 21-14 Shocks lead at the break. The in the second half the teams would trade scores with the Shock controlling the last 5 minutes of the game to secure the win over the North Stars. Gallery

Plattsburgh North Stars Akeem Williams (3) lowers the shoulder and barrels over an Amsterdam Zephyrs defender at midfield. The Plattsburgh North Stars would continue there winning ways as they went back on the road for the first in six weeks and get there 5th win a row. The North Stears would get a 14-8 victory after the Zephyrs marched the ball down the field on the opening drive the North Stars defense would close up the ranks and hold them the rest of the game. The North Stars would answer with a touch of there in the first half on two short runs from Zack Blocker and Kenny Stay. With the win, it ensures that next weekend's game when the North Stars travel to Syracuse it will be a game for first place. Gallery

Tyler North and his Ford 9000 with a wheel standing run during the 13,00lb Farm Stock Tractors class. The annual tractor pull at the Essex County Fair would mark the end of the 2011 tour on the Adirondack Truck and Tractor Pullers season. There would be 50 entries that would be split up throughout the 15 different classes that would be running. It was definitely a great show that got done just before sundown. Gallery

Bill Dean with his 2005 Chevy in the 2.6 cheater puts down a run that would be good enough to clinch him the first-ever class championship that the Adirondack Truck & Tractor Pullers have offered for this class congratulation, Bill Dean. The birthplace of the Street Legal Truck Pull for the Adirondack Pullers would make its annual return to the Essex County Fair in Westport, NY there would be around 50 entries that would be split up into 11 different classes range from pure stock trucks all the way up to Pro Stock 4x4 purpose built pulling trucks.
