The Chateaugay Bulldogs would fall 4-2 in their season opener to the Lisbon Golden Knights. The Bulldogs would give up two runs in the first inning and just couldn't claw there way back into the game. The Bulldogs would have some errors in the middle that would cost them a chance. Chateaugay Bulldogs Courtney Boyea delivers a strike for one of her eight strikeouts on the day. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would make easy work of the Lisbon Golden Knights with 12-0 victory. The Bulldogs would get single runs in the 2nd and 3rd inning but then would explode for seven in the 4th to put the game away. In the winning effort, Courtney Boyea would pitch a one-hit shutout while striking out eight. With the win, the Bulldogs start there season off 1-0. Gallery

The Bulldogs would definitely have there struggles tonight in the victory tied at 16 at the half. The Bulldogs would only go 9-22 from the foul line. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would start off there season with the 50-32 win over the Lisbon Golden Knights in nondivision action. Leading the way for the Bulldogs would be Courtney Boyea with 16 points. Also having a big night would be Caitlin Miller with 11 points and 15 rebounds.
