Chateaugay's Eric Dwyer (15) slices through the Germantown defense down the lane and lays it in for the basket. Unfortunately, Chateaugay would come up on the short end as they would fall to Germantown 56-48. It was a very close game throughout that seen many lead changes. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would end up on the short end of a 71-65 and would bow out in the 1st round of the NCAA Tournament. The SUNY IT Wildcats would jump on the Cardinals early in the half and just couldn't get the lead.
