The Cardinals would get the scoring started with 5 minutes left in the first for the 1-0 lead. Jared Dockings would give the Cardinals a 2-0 lead with 8 minutes left in the second. Then in the third period, Blue Devils would come storming with two goals in the period to force overtime.
