NCAA Division III Men's Hockey Primelink Great Northern Shootout Championship Plattsburgh State Cardinals vs #1 Norwich Cadets November 29th 2010
Plattsburgh State's Jared Docking (39) tried to slide it into the bottom corner although the Norwich goalie gets the glove on the pick at the last minute. The game would be tied at o after the 1st period. Then the Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead just two minutes into the 2nd period on the Eric Satim goal. Although the Cadets would answer right back to tie the game at 1 three minutes later. The Cadets would take the 2-1 8 minutes into the third. Then the Cardinals would score two goals in just over a minute from Nick Jensen and Matt Bessing to capture the title 3-2. In the winning effoer John Leis stops 29 shots and Eric Satim was named the touranment MVP. Gallery

Primelink Great Northern Shootout Championship Plattsburgh State Cardinals vs #1 Norwich Cadets November 29th 2010
Plattsburgh State's Cole Stallard (20) with the power-play goal on the rebound as part of a two-goal night. It would be the host Plattsburgh State Cardinals and Concordia Cobbers in the First Round of the Primelink Great Northern Shootout. It would not start off good for the host Cardinals as they would give up two goals in the first period and trail 2-0. In the second period, both offenses would come alive as the Cobbers would score twice and the Cardinals would get three goals two from Cole Stallard and another from Jesse Neher to make it 4-3 Cobbers after two. In the third period, both defenses would step and there would be no scoring as the Cardinals fall 4-3. In the losing effort, Brady Rouleau would stop 16 as the Cardinals fall to 3-3 on the season. NCAA National Semi Finals Plattsburgh State Cardinals vs Norwich Cadets March 19th 2010
Plattsburgh State's Andrew Willock (14) splits the defenders as he charges to the net. Plattsburgh State would fall short in their effort to get back to the National Championship 3-2. Norwich would get on the board first just over five minutes into the first period. The score would remain 1-0 until the thirteen-minute mark of the second period when the Cardinals Andrew Willock tied the game at 1. Norwich would take the 2-1 lead into the final period when they scored in the final minute of the second period. Norwich would extend there lead to 3-1 eight minutes into the third. Mike Kavanagh would score for the Cardinals to make it 3-2 with six minutes setting up an exciting finish. Although the Cardinals would fall short 3-2 and their season would come to end for the Cardinals in the Final Four with a record of 19-6-4.Gallery

NCAA Quarterfinals #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Norwich Cadets March 13th 2010
Plattsburgh State's Jordan Caldwell (27) along the broads after the loose puck. Unfortunately the Norwich goaltender was able to pin the puck on the post to deny the cardinals. Plattsburgh State would fall to Norwich 3-2 when Norwich was able to get two goals in the final 90 seconds. With the Cardinals season comes to end and finish with a 23-3-2 record. Gallery
