Franklin County Fair Night #2 - August 10th 2019

Nick Harden (125) with the hard shot to the side of Jerry O'Connor that rocks it on it side but stays on its wheel. It would be the second night of demolition derby action at the Franklin County Fair there would be around 120 cars in the pits from compact, 8 cylinder and truck and vans. Before the night would start though we would go back and honor the past with the first demolition derby hall of fame and there would be 13 members in the class. Once the derby got underway the smashing would be fierce from start to finish with a couple rollovers and few fires throughout the night. When the smashing would end on the night there would be three winners on the night Randy Martin in the 4 cylinder class, Jerry O'Connor in the truck class, and Chris Mossow in the 8 cylinder class.Gallery

Clinton County Fair - July 21st 2019

Alex Martin (77jr) and Randy Martin (77a) would go back to back as they battle not just for the overall with but for who is better in the house with Alex getting this round. It would be the return of the annual demolition derby at the Clinton County Fair with around 150 cars in attendance. The cars would range from stock 4, 6, and 8, cylinders and then you would have the modified 8 cylinders and ectreme truck division. There would be hard hitting throughout the night and the barriers would be up to the task and keep all cars in the track. When the smashing would stop you see some frimilar faces in the winner circle with Alex and Randy Martin taking 1 and 2 in the 6 cylinder division. As for the four cylinder division the win would go to Brandon Lamere and the Extreme trucks would see Brittany Woodside getting the victory. Gallery

Franklin County Fair Truck Derby, Rollover and Figure 8 Races August 10 2014

Ryan Helm (15x) buries the 143 along the wall and lifts the backend up when he finds the wall. It would be a new wrinkle at the Franklin County Fair as they would have truck demolition derby, rollover contest, and figure 8 races. It would be another packed house to see all the racing and smashing. There would be around 30 trucks, 6 rollover cars, and 8 figure 8 cars. The big winners on the day would be Jamie St. Mary in the Figure 8 Races, Jacob St. Mary in the rollover contest. The crowd would be very pleased with the show and are looking forward to its return next year. Gallery

Ben St Ann (59) comes to rest on the hood of the 75 when they tried to go back to front. It would be the second night of demolition derby action at the Franklin County Fair in Malone a part of the Total Destruction Promotion Series. There would be four heats of compact cars one heat of Powder Puff and Full-Size cars there would be around 75 cars on the night. There would be a lot of hard-hitting with an extra room that was out on the track and two cars would end up on their roofs throughout the night. The big winners on the night would be Jamie St. Mary in the full-size class and Travis Charleson in the Compact class and both would take home a 1,000 dollars for the win. As for the Powder Puff class that would go to Brenda Christian. Gallery

The 77 car would line up the 17N car from nearly half the track away and put a hard hit maybe the hardest night and fold up the 17N. It would be the first night of demolition derby action at the Franklin County Fair in Malone, NY. It would be a compact derby show tonight with 5 of the 6 heats of action being the compact cars with a total of 70 cars. There would be plenty of hard-hitting with the extra space that would be available on the track. When it is was all side and done on the night the two big winners would be Austin Martin in 8 Cylinder and Tom Pickering in the 4 Cylinder classes with both of them taking home a nice 1,000 payday. Demolition Derby Clinton County Fair Plattsburgh NY July 20 2014

The 70 car would line up from half trackway and lay the metal on the 57 car. The annual demolition derby would return to the Clinton County Fair. There would be around 110 cars spread out over nine heats along with truck heat. The sold-out crowd would be treated to good show throughout the day that would bring many cheers. There was definitely some great competition and hard-hitting. The winner on the day would come from outside the County in St. Lawrence county to win the main event. Gallery

In the enduro race, the #4 car and the Jeff Murray (35) would meet coming off turn 2 and sending both to the infield. The derby would only have one heat of cars with eleven but what they lacked in numbers they made up for with the action on the track with hard-hitting action. The eventual winner on the night would be Keri Besaw in the 49q. Gallery

During heat four of the 31 and 27 would meet on the track with back ends and the shot would take both cars off the ground. It would be time for the annual demolition derby at the Franklin County Fair in Malone. There would be 100 cars divided up into 8 heats from 4 cylinders up to the mighty 8 cylinders along with the girls' heat and the popular truck heat. The eventual winner would be Joey Foster from Potsdam. There would be plenty of crowd-pleasing moments to keep the crowd there from start to finish. Gallery

The annual demolition derby returned to the Franklin County Fair in Malone, NY in front of another packed grandstand. There would be 90 cars that would take part in the second night of derby action.
