The Peru Indians football team poses for there team photo as they celebrate there Champlain Valley Atheltic Conference Class B Championship. The Peru Indians would host the Beekmantown Eagles in the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Class B Championships. The Peru Indians would not leave much doubt in the game as they would take a 21-0 lead at the end of the first quarter. Then in the 2nd quarter, they would score three more times to take a 41-0 lead in the break. In the second half, the Eagles would do the best they could to keep the Indians off the scoreboard and only give up one score to make it a 48-0 final. With the lose the Eagles season comes to an end at 6-3. With the win, the Indians improve to 8-1 on the season. They will be moving on to state play next week against the Malone Huskies in Massena.
