The Airborne Speedway Padres would get a couple of much-needed wins as they would go on to defeat the Timberjaxxs 10-4 and 7-2. In the first the game the Padres would actually trail early 3-1 and then would come back with 9 unanswered runs in the next few innings. The in-game two they would take the early 2-1 lead and then get five runs in the 4th innings to secure the victory. With the sweep of the Timberjaxxs, they move to 4-10 on the season get themselves out of the last place as the Timberjaxxs fall to 3-11. Gallery

The Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs runner would slide under the tag of Meron's Expos (8) on a bang-bang play at the plate after the pitch got away from the catcher and went to the backstop. The Timberjaxxs would earn the sweep of the Expos in the doubleheader in a couple of high scoring affairs at the hitter-friendly park at South Acres. The Timberjaxxs would defeat the Expos 16-6 in game 1 and then 17-8 in game 2. Gallery

The Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs base runner slides in safe at the third base under the tag by Airborne Speedway/Hockey Plus Padres Donny Coolidge (23). It wouldn't be enough on this day though as the Airborne Speedway/Hockey Plus Padres continued there winning ways gathering another sweep and now have won six in a row. In-game it would be tight till the 4th when it was 2-2 and scored 4 in the inning and then added another couple late for the 9-2 win. In-game two the Padres would have a slim 4-3 till the sixth inning when they scored nine runs and got the 13-3 win in 6 innings. With the win, the Padres are now 10-6 on the season as the will be taking on the Meron's Expos who are 13-3 at Saranac High School in Saranac on July 11th, While the Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs fall to 1-15 and will be hosting the Plattsburgh Cardinals 11-5 at South Acres in Plattsburgh on July 11th. Airborne Speedway/Hockey Plus Padres Donny Coolidge (32) slides in safe at the plate ahead of the tag to break up a tight game in first of a doubleheader with the Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs. The first game of the twin bill would be scoreless through the first five innings till the Padre's scratch one across in the bottom of the fifth. The Timberjaxxs would answer back in the top of sixth to tie it at 1. Then at the bottom of the inning, the Padres get two-run to get the 3-1 victory. In the second game of the Padres would answer early an often as their bats came alive and would cruise to the 11-3 victory to earn the sweep and improve there record to 4-4 headed into there game next week against Lyon Mountain Miners will the Timberjaxxs fall to 1-7 as they will face off with the Athletics. Hockey Plus/Loreman's Padres would gain their first-weekend sweep of the season as they would take two from the Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs in Saranac at the Saranac High School.
