Seton Catholic's (2) and Crown Point's (3) battle for the ball. Seton wins and takes it into the box. The Seton Catholic Knights would host the Crown Point Panthers on their new camps field as part of the Section VII Boy's Soccer season. The Knights would get a pair of goals in the first half, taking the 2-0 lead on the Panthers into the intermission. When the teams return for the second half, it will be more of the same as when the Knights stay hot and add another pair of goals. The Panthers of Crown Point would add a late goal to break the shutout, but the Knights would still get the 4-1 victory. With the win, the Knights go to 2-5 on the season, while the Panthers fall to 1-6. Gallery

The Seton Catholic Knights would host the Crown Point Panthers on their new camps field as part of the Section VII Boy's Soccer season. Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Girl's Soccer: Northern Adirondack Bobcats @ Seton Cathloc Knights October 1st 2024

Seton Catholic's Brooke Bilow (15) with the turn and burn on Northern Adirondack's Olivia Lamboard (7). The Seton Catholic Knights would host the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. The Bobcats would get on the board first just 4 minutes into the game on the goal from Rielyn Nutt for the early 1-0 lead. The game would stay there till the 29-minute mark when the Bobcats would expand their lead to 2-0 on the Mandy McKinney goal and that's where they would end the first half of play. When the teams returned for the second half the Bobcat would stay hot and get three goals in the first ten minutes of the half from Ava Moore and Rielyn Nutt as they would take a commanding 5-0 lead. That is where the game would stay till the Knights would break the shutout bid in the last minute of the game on the Julia Padd goal to make it a 5-1 final and win for the Bobcats as they go to 5-2-1 on the season and the Knights fall to 0-7, Gallery

It would be ChamplanValley Athletic Conference girls's Soccer action from the new Seton Catholic field. The Seton Catholic Knights would host the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. The Bobcats would get on the board first just 4 minutes into the game on the goal from Rielyn Nutt for the early 1-0 lead. It would be the Lake Placid Blue Bombers and the Seton Catholic Knights in Mountain Valley Athletic Section VII Boy's Soccer action. The Seton Catholic Knights would play their first game at their new on-campus soccer field. It would be a tight game throughout the match as both teams would have their chance to get the match's opening goal. Section VII Boy's Soccer. #6 Peru Nighthawks @ Beekmantown Eagles September 26th 2022

Peru's Max Jess (13) with the sliding tackle to breakup the play on Beekmantown's (10) at midfield and send the play the other way. It would be Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Boy's Soccer action from the Beekmantown Sports Complex. It would be a battle between a pair of Class A teams as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the #6 Peru Nighthawks the early season game might decide who is the #1 seed in the playoffs at the end of the season as they battle to get in the state playoffs. The Nighthawks would get the game's opening goal in the 12th minute from Jordan Osborne who chested it in past the Beekmantown netminder. As they would go through the rest of the half the Nighthawks would have their chance to extend the lead but the Eagles goaltender would make some great saves to keep his team in the game and that's where the second half would end. When the teams returned for the second half the Nighthawks would continue to control the game but the Eagles would have their chances to get the equalizer. The best chance would be right near the end of the game when they would send their keeper up to add an extra man as they try to get the tying goal he would get the header but it would go over the top as the Nighthawks would get the 1-0 win. In the winning effort, the Nighthawks would stay perfect on the season at 8-0 as they head into their next game against the Northeastern Clinton Cougars. It would be Champlain Valley Athletic Conference girls's Soccer action from the Plattsburgh Athletic Complex as the Hornets would host the Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The Hornets would get the opening goal of the game in the 15th minute mark from Olivia Lamountain for the 1-0 lead. The game would stay there till the 22nd minute when the Hornets would double up their lead at 2-0 on the Amaya Abellard goal. Then in the 30th minute, the Hornets would start to put their mark on the game with Amaya Abellard's second goal of the game and that's where the first half would end. When the teams returned for the 2nd half the Cougars defense would be better as they would keep trying to get on the board. Although just a minute in the Hornets would take the 4-0 lead on the Bailey Hewson goal. The Cougars would get on the board in the closing minutes of the game but by that point, the Hornets would have control and get the 4-1 win.
