Plattsburgh State's Bridget Bailsey (21) taps in the rebound into the wide-open net to give the Cardinals the 2-0 lead. The #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #4 Utica Pioneers in the ECAC-West Semi-finals at Ronald B Stafford Ice Arena. The game would remain scoreless until the 11:09 mark of the first when Alyssa Parke would light the lamp on the power-play to make it 1-0 Cardinals. The Cardinals would extend there lead to 2-0 just over two minutes later on Bridget Bailsey's goal. Then with just 21 seconds left in the first the Cardinals would make it 3-0 on Shannon Stewarts goal. The game would stay there till 1:50 of the third period when Morgan MacInnis would score to make it 4-0 Cardinals. The Cardinals would extend there lead to 5-0 on Tyne Grove's goal at 6:03. The Cardinals would put the final touches on it just over a minute later on Jordan Caldwell's goal to make it 6-0. The Pioneers would avoid the shutout with just under three minutes left on Mackenzie Roy's goal. As the Cardinals get the 6-1 victory and advance to the ECAC-West Championship and take on #2 Elmira with the title on the line. Gallery

After the first quarter, the Chiefs would have slim 17-16 lead. In the second quarter, the Bengals would heat up some and win the quarter 17-11 and take the 33-28 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third the chess match would be on as they tied for the quarter at 11 giving the Bengals 44-39 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter, the Chiefs couldn't overcome the Bengals as they Bengals win the quarter 17-13 and win the game 61-52. With the lose the Chiefs season comes to an end at 15-4. Gallery

The game would start out close as the Blue Devils would have a 27-22 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter the Blue Devils would start to pull away as they had a 31-8 quarter and took the 58-30 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third quarter it would be more of the same the Blue Devils win the quarter 25-8 and take an 83-38 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Blue Devils would call off the attack and the Hornets would win the quarter 11-9. Although it would not nearly be enough as the Blue Devils get the 92-49 win. Moriah's Taylor Slattery (10) takes it down the lane and goes up for the uncontested layup. The #5 Moriah Vikings would play the #2 Argyle Scots at the Plattsburgh State Field house in the first round of the New York State Class D Basketball Tournament. The Vikings would jump out quickly and have a 14-4 lead after the 1st quarter. The second quarter would be more of the same the Vikings win the quarter 14-9 and have a 28-13 lead at halftime. When the teams came back for the second half the Scots would regroup although the third would be a tie at ten giving the Vikings the 38-23 lead into the fourth. In the fourth Scots would do there best to cut into the Vikings lead but a 15-10 quarter would not be enough as the Vikings get the 58-48 win. With the win, the Vikings go to 20-2 and head to the quarterfinals Saturday against Madrid-Waddington at SUNY Canton. Gallery

When the teams came back for the third the Forts would build on the lead and win the quarter 18-15 and take a 41-37 into the fourth.
