In the third game of the day, it would feature Team St. John Vs Team Maulding. The first half would be a defensive battle as Team Maulding would have the narrow 3-0 lead. In the second half, the teams would trade scores at 8-8 to secure the 11-8 win for Team Maulding go to 1-1 while Team St. John goes to 0-2 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh's Abdousabour Tidjani (18) with the step-through and goes around the Beekmantown defender with ease. The Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Beekmantown Eagles in C.V.A.C. division action. The Hornets would get an early goal and take the 1-0 lead. Then in the 25th minute, the Hornets would extend there lead 2-0 on Abdousabour Tidjani's goal. Then just nine minutes later the Hornets would extend there lead 3-0 on Henry Wylie's goal. The game would stay there till they were 5 minutes into the second half when the Hornets would score again on Henry Wylie's goal to secure the 4-0 victory. Gallery

Plattsburgh's Meghan Sullivan (17) drags the ball around the Northeastern Clinton player and gains position. It would be a CVAC regular season match between the Plattsburgh Hornets and Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The Cougars would take the early 1-0 lead in the first half. The game would remain there til there were four minutes remaining in the game and the Hornets would tie the game at 1. The team would then head to overtime where the Hornets would take the 2-1 lead 6 minutes in. Although they would have to finish the period and the Cougars would score inside the final minute and then the game would end in a 2-2 tie.

NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Norwich Cadets September 13th 2017

Plattsburgh State Kyle Pfaff (29) with the header in the box on the net for the shot. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would meet up with Norwich Cadets in nonleague action. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead on a goal from Alex Price. The game would stay there until the second half and the 54th minute when Connor Nembach would score to make it 2-0 Cardinals. The Cardinals would extend the lead to 3-0 when Kyle Plaff would score in the 71st minute. Then in the 80th minute, the Cardinals would put the icing on the cake with the Elver Maldonado to secure the 4-0 victory. In the winning effort, Kiermann Kirby would make 6 saves as the Cardinals go to 4-2 on the season. Gallery

The Hornets would get the first goal of the game in the 13th minute by (4). The game would stay there until the second half and 57th minute when (10) would score to increase the lead to 2-0. As the Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Salmon River for the Salmon River Shamrocks. The Bulldogs would get a challenge throughout the night but they still would get the straight-set victory by scores of 25-16, 25-20, and 25-21. Vince Quenneville (78), Billy Cook (M70) and Lonnie Rivers take it three deep through the middle of the corner fighting for position early. It would be Champlain Pterbuilt Dirtcar Pro Stock Series presented by Great Northern Supply. It would be the Dirtcar Pro Stock Series first-ever visit to the Airborne half mile and they would have a 35 lap feature. The winner of the feature event would be C.D. Beauchamp after a close battle with Rob Yetman. As for the Sportsman Modified 50 lap feature, there would be a lot of early cautions when the dust would settle Dany Gagne. As for the support divisions on the evening Tylor Terry (Renegades), Kris Clark (Mini-Modified), and Shawn Walker in the Strictly Stock. The Revstar SRT and Slingshots would also be in competition on the evening with wins going to Pierre Hebert and Jim Pollard. Gallery

The opening game of the week would feature Team Maulding Vs Team Livsey. It would tightly contested game and Livsey would have a 10-0 lead at the end of the first half. When the teams came back for the second half Maulding would do there best to keep it close but Livsey would be too much for them. As Livsey win the half 10-0 and get the 22-0 victory. Gallery

Team St. John's Joey Gillispie with the toe touch along the sidelines with Team Malinak's Peter Wheatley defending. It would be the opening weekend of the outdoor flag football season. In-game two it would be Team Malinak Vs Team St. John. In what would be the best game of the game Team Malinak would have a 7-6 lead at the break. When the teams came back from the second half the defenses would still be a stud as Malinak would win the half and hag on for the 13-6 victory. With the win, Malinak goes to 1-0 while St. John goes to 0-1. Gallery
