The Huskies would make quick work of the Lumberjacks getting the quick three-game win in just under an hour. The Huskies would win the games by scores of 25-9, 25-16, 25-10. Leading the way for the Huskies would be Whitney Legacy and Rachel Lamica as the Huskies go to 3-0 on the season. Gallery

Chateaugay's Courtney Boyea (5) with the heater for the strikeout for one of her eleven on the day. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in the home opener of the East Division. The Bulldogs would jump out to a quick 4-1 lead after the first. The Bulldogs would get another run in the second to make it 5-1. Then in the third, the Bulldogs would tack on another three runs thanks to two RBI's from Courtney Boyea. In the fourth Gabby LeFleur would add another run on Sacrifice RBI to make it 9-1. The Bulldogs would get two more in the 6th to make it 11-1. The Lumberjacks would break up the no-hitter in the seventh inning and get two runs to make it an 11-3 final. In the win, Courtney Boyea would go the distance and strike out eleven. With the win, the Bulldogs go to 2-0 on the season.

Malone's Coach Chuck Deivendorf is honored after the game for his 34 years service as the Coach of the Malone Huskies. He receives a plaque from the Malone Minor Hockey Club for his service. During his time ahead of the Huskies he has earned 308 wins. The Malone Huskies would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X Division II action it would be Senior Night in Malone. The game would remain scoreless until the 8:14 mark of the second period when Malone's Tanner Studlack would light the lamp on the power play goal. The Huskies would score again on the power play at 12:46 of the second period when Cameron Daniels gets the goal. That would end the scoring for the night as the Huskies get the 2-0 win. The key to the Huskies win would be there ability to score on the power play. With the win the Huskies finish the regular season at 8-11-1. In the winning effort Malone Joey Brown would stop all fourteen shots to record the shutout. Gallery

Then in the third inning, the Bulldogs would get four and the Lumberjacks would add 2 to make 6-2 after 3. Then in the 6th, the Lumberjacks would tie the game at 6 as they would get four runs. Then in the seventh inning, the Bulldogs would end the game on a walk-off bases-loaded single by Holly Zeldenrust. In the winning effort, Courtney Boyea would strike out eight as the Bulldogs would improve to 6-1 on the season.Gallery

Then in the second, the Lumberjacks would answer back with six for the 7-4 lead. Then in the third Bulldogs would come back with five for the 9-7 lead. Then the teams would settle down the rest of the way and Bulldogs would hold on for the 11-10 victory. In the winning effort Garret Labare would strike out 8 in 5.2 innings of work.
