The Chateaugay Bulldogs would get the lone goal of the game in the 5th minute on Zach Cowan's goal. The Bulldogs would get the 1-0 win. In the winning effort Josh Trombly would make three saves for the shutout victory as the Chateaugay Bulldogs go to 2-0 on the season.

Chateaugay's Matthew Cartier (14) takes it to the wing to get around the defender. The Chateaugay Bulldogs Boys Soccer would open up there season at home against Section X foe Colton-Pierpont Colts. The Bulldogs would take the 1-0 lead in the 16th minute of the game on a goal by Tyler Jones. Then in the 35th minute the Bulldogs would extend there lead to 2-0 on Nick Ashline. From there on out the Bulldogs shutdown defense would keep the Colts in check and get the 2-0 lead. In the winning effort, Josh Trombly would get the shutout victory as the Bulldogs go to 1-0 on the season.
