The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host arch-rival Brushton-Moria Panthers in Section X action. The Bulldogs would leave little doubt in the game when they would outscore them 19-1 in the first quarter including a 13-0 run to start the game. From there on out the Panthers would do there best to stay in the game. In the second quarter, the Bulldogs would outscore the Panthers 11-7 to take a 30-8 lead at intermission. Then in the second half, the Bulldogs would outscore the Panthers 27-23 to take the 59-31 victory. In the winning effort, Courtney Boyea would lead all scorers with 31 points. Malone's Rachel Lamica (14) drives hard and draws the contact as she lays it up for the basket as part of her four-point night. The Malone Huskies would host the Canton Golden Bears in Girls Basketball in the central division. The two teams would be matched evenly and the lead would stay between six and twelve points all game. The game would get very physical at times and some would even chippy. The Huskies would take the 17-9 lead after the first quarter. Then have a 24-18 lead at the break. Then they would have 38-28 lead after the third quarter and get the 50-39 victory. In the winning effort, Morgan Fountain would lead the way with 17 points and bring an end to the Canton Golden Bears undefeated season. The Malone Huskies would go to 3-2 on the season. Gallery

The Bulldog's defense would be stellar as they would hold the Saints off the board until there were two minutes left in the half. Then Bulldogs would just put it on cruise control on their way to the 42-6 victory. Leading the way would be Hannah Cook with ten points. With the win, the Bulldogs start there season at 1-0. Chateaugay's Courtney Boyea (15) goes in for the layup on the breakaway as part of her game-high 25 points. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would defeat the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets 50-36. It was a battle for the east division lead. Both teams entered tonight's contest with only one league loss each and were tied for first place in east divisional play. Malayala fleury had twelve boards and play a great all-around game. Alexis Beach had another stellar defensive effort for the win. Alexis bottlenecked their offense from baseline to baseline. Alexis had seven steals in the win and three assist. Hannah Cook had five steals and three assists. Courtney Boyea would lead all scorers with 25 points. With the win, the Bulldogs go to 9-1 in the league and 13-3 overall. Gallery

In the winning effort, Abby Barnes would have 11 rebounds and Courtney Boyea would have a game-high 19 points. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 12-4 on the season and 8-1 in the division. In the win the Bulldogs would have three players scoring double digits Courtney Boyea with 16 Hannah Cook with 11 along with 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals and 6 assists and Mikalya Fleury would chip in 10 and 11 rebounds for the double-double.
