Chateaugay's Matt Swanston (11) slides into the second base with the Bulldogs only extra-base hit of the night. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would have no answer for the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets as they would lose 13-0. The game would be close at 1-0 until the fourth. At that time the Yellow Jackets bats would erupt for five runs and then come back with another six in the fifth inning to secure the 13-0 win. With the lose the Bulldogs fall to 0-3 on the season. Malone's Derek Juntunen (6) delivers the bender for a strike. The Malone Huskies would come from behind to get the 7-6 win in extra innings over the Ogdensburg Blue Devils. Ogdensburg would get on the board first with one in the first, three in the third and one in the fourth for the 5-0 lead before the Huskies would get on the board. Then in the fifth, the Huskies would get two runs the Blue Devils would get one in the sixth. Then at the bottom of the inning, the Huskies would explode for four to take the 6-5 lead. Then at the top of seventh the Blue Devils would get one to force extras. Then at the bottom of the eighth Brandon Welch would have the walk-off single to get the 7-6 victory. Getting the win for the Huskies would be Derek Juntunen striking out two. With the Huskies improve there record to 4-0 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Heather Loughran (2) delivers a strike for the strikeout in the Cardinals winning effort. The Plattsburgh State Cardinal would finish off there regular season with a sweep of the Union Dutchwomen. The Cardinals would win game 1 8-3. The first game would be tied at 1 until the fifth inning. Then the Cardinals offense came alive and get four runs in the fifth and another three in the six. Then in game two the Cardinals just couldn't be stopped ad they would get 11-0 victory. With the sweep, the Cardinals finish there season at 27-8. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Mike Travers with the hard open field to gain possession. In the SUNYAC finale, the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would defeat the Brockport State Golden Eagles 10-9 in double overtime. The first quarter would belong to the Golden Eagles as they would lead 5-1 after the first. From there on the Cardinals come storming back to get the game-tying goal with under three minutes left in the game. Then in the second overtime, Tommy Kilderry would get the winner to send the Cardinals home happy. With the win, the Cardinals improve there record to 10-5 on the season. Gallery

Malone's Katie Lamica (5) with the shot to the outfield for a solid hit. The Malone Huskies would win a slugfest with the Salmon River Shamrocks 10-9 in the home opener. In the opening inning the huskies would strike for runs. Although the Shamrocks would strike right back with 3 in the second to make it 4-3. Then between the third and fourth the Huskies would get 5 runs making it 9-3. Then in the fifth through seventh the Shamrocks would stage a comeback scoring 6 runs but the Huskies would get 1 in the sixth to secure the 10-9 win. In the winning effort, Annie Sharlow would strike out nine. With the win, the Huskies start the season at 1-0. Gallery
