When the teams returned for the second half the offense for the Hornets would stay hot as they would have a 19-11 quarter and take the commanding lead into the 4th quarter at 56-30. In the fourth quarter, the Hornets would take their foot off the gas as they would finish out the game with an 11-9 quarter for the Nighthawks but the Hornets would have a comfortable lead and get the 65-41 victory.
