It would be a hotly contested first half and see the Bears come out with the 38-29 lead at the half. In the second half the team's offensive would step up on both sides and the Cardinals would fight hard to get back in the game with a 51-46 half. Although it would not be enough as the Cardinals would fall 84-80. In the losing effort for the Cardinals, Erik Salo would lead the way with 22 points as they fall to 1-5 on the season. As for the Potsdam State Bears, Colton Huestis would lead the way with 22 points as they go to 2-2 on the season. Next up for the Cardinals will be the Cortland State Red Dragons on December 3rd.
