The Bulldogs would get off to a quick start and have a 14-6 lead after the 1st quarter. In the second quarter, the Yellow Jackets would cut into the lead winning the quarter 10-6 as Bulldogs take a 20-16 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter there would be no change as the teams split the quarter at 11 as the Bulldogs still had the 31-27 lead. In the 4th quarter, the Yellow Jackets defense stepped up and held the Bulldogs to 4 points as the Yellow would get the 40-35 win.
