The Norwich Cadets would try to end the senoir send off when they would take the 1-0 lead in second Kyle Lamorey would score on the sacrifice fly. The Cardinals would come back and tie the game up in the bottom of the inning at one when John Casten would score on the sacrifice fly. The Cardinals would take the 2-1 lead in the third when Yayu Oswawa would score on the fielder's choice to make it 2-1. The score would stay there till the sixth inning when the Cardinals would get two runs on a pair of RBI singles from John Casten and Brian Latulipe to take the 4-1 lead. From there the Cardinals shutdown defense and Joe Leddy would hold on for the 4-1 victory.
