Plattsburgh North Stars vs Vermont Ice Storm September 12th 2009
The Plattsburgh North Stars got back to winning ways with a 13-0 win over rival the Vermont Ice Storm. With the win, the North Stars improve to 7-2 in the Empire Football and 9-2 on the season. The North Stars now control their own faith heading into the last week of the regular season at the Quebec Titans in hopes of getting the no.2 seed in the playoffs and the all-important 1st round bye. Empire Football League Week 5: Plattsburgh North Stars @ Vermont Ice Storm July 18th 2009
Plattsburgh Northstar's Zach Blocker (#33) lowers the head and bowls over the Ice Storm defenders at the punt return. Gallery
Plattsburgh North Star Zach Blocker (#33) would make the cut back to the left of the field for a 65 yard punt return touchdown. He would get some great blocking on the return especially from Josh Nephew (#18). Gallery
Plattsburgh North Stars @ Vermont Ice Storm July 18th 2009
The Plattsburgh North Stars would head across the lake this week to take on long time rival the Vermont Ice Storm at the Burlington High School. It would defensive game on both sides as it was tied at zero going into the 4th quarter. Then the North Star offense would respond as they would cruise to a 21-0 win over the Ice Storm and stay perfect on the season. The North Stars will be home this weekend July 25th to host the Quebec Titans. Pictured Elisa Parks (#35) getting upended as fights for yards on the ground. Gallery

Empire Football League Week 3: Plattsburgh North Stars vs Broome County Dragons July 11th 2009
Plattsburgh North Star Zach Blocker (#33) would make the cut back to the left of the field for a 65-yard punt return touchdown. He would get some great blocking on the return especially from Josh Nephew (#18). Gallery
Plattsburgh North Stars Joey Painter (#12) drops the helmet down and lays it straight into the shoulder of the Broome County Dragon running back. As the North Star defense would stand strong and hold the Dragons to just a 160 yards of offense. Gallery
