Malone's John Brown (2) drops down and field the ground at second and fires it over to first for the out. The Malone Huskies would host the Massena Red Raiders in section x action. The Red Raiders would get off to a quick start in the first with four runs for the 4-0 lead. The Huskies would come back in the third with three runs of there own with the big hit coming from Jordan 2 RBI single to make it 4-3. The Red Raiders would come in the top of the four with two runs to make it 6-3. From there on out the Red Raiders would hold the Huskies in check for the 6-3 lead. Malone's Allissa McCaulley (6) in the whind up as she deliveries the strike for the strike as part of a fifteen strike two-hit shutout. The Malone Huskies would host the Massena Red Raiders in the home opener to start the Section X season. The Huskies would take the quick 2-0 lead in the first. Then in the third inning, the Huskies would break it open with six runs in the third inning as they would bat around and take an 8-0 lead. Then in the fourth inning, they would add a pair of runs to extend the lead to 10-0. Then in the 6th and 7th, they would get single runs to secure the 12-0 win. Chateaugay's Kylie Hanley (35) and Massena's Krista Loran (8) meet at the net with the ball on both their hands and the ball falls on the Red Raider side for the Bulldog point. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Massena Red Raiders in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would definitely come out be ready to play as they would take care of the Red Raiders in straight sets (25-11, 25-21, 25-12). Leading the way for the Bulldogs would be Caitlin Miller with seven kills and Kylie Hanley with eighteen assists. With the win, the Bulldogs remain undefeated as they would go to 12-0 on the season. Malone's Abby McCauley (6) in the midst of her wind up as she would pitch the complete game shutout and strike out eight. The Malone Huskies would host Central Division foe Massena Red Raiders. The game would remain scoreless until the third inning when the Huskies would erupt with six runs. The game would remain there until the 5th when the Huskies would get five more and make it 11-0. Then in the sixth the Huskies would finish off the game with four more to get the 15-0 victory in six. Leading the way for the Huskies offensively was Morgan Fountain who went 2-3 with 2 RBI's On the mound Abby McCauley would get the complete game shutout victory while striking out eight. The Malone Huskies seniors on the basketball and cheerleading teams would hold the flag during the Senior Night Ceremony before the game. The Malone Huskies would host the Massena Red Raiders in basketball action as part of the Section X Central Division action. The game would be very physical with many fouls called through out the games as both teams were looking for the edge. The Huskies would lead by a slim 20-19 after the first quarter. In the second quarter it would be more of the same as the Red Raiders would win the quarter 19-17 and take a 38-37 lead at the break. The third quarter would be were the Huskies would run away with the games as there defense would really step up as the Huskies win the third 19-5 and take a 56-43 lead after the third. The Red Raiders were unable to much of a run in the 4th as the Huskies would get the 75-61 victory. In the winning effort Jon Dubleavey would lead the with 15 points as the Huskies go to 16-1 on the season. Gallery

The Red Raiders would strike early on the Grayson Phillps goal just 3:59 into the game and take the 1-0 lead. The Red Raiders would take the 2-0 lead as the teams end the 1st period on Zach Roberts's goal. Zach Roberts would make it 3-0 lead at the 8:38 mark of the 2nd period. Malone would get on the board with 40 seconds left in the 2nd period on Trevor Cooley's goal. In the losing effort, Joey Brown would stop 37 of 40 shots on the night as the Malone Huskies fall to 4-1-1 on the season. Gallery
