Silvano Alves is taking Big Posion to school during the 1st round as he would get the 85.25 score putting him in the top 5. The PBR would make its annually return to the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH as it would be the 4th stop on the 2022-23 Unleash the Beast Tour for the PBR and they would bring in the top 35 riders in the world to go for the title in front of another sold out crowd in there only northeast tour stop on the season. It would be the opening night of the show, and everyone would get one ride and when it would end there would be 16 riders that would make the 8 second whistle. There would be a tie at the top between Andrew Alvidrez and Eduardo Aparecido with a 87.25 ride. There would be a few riders that were making there a first appearance on the premiere tour after their showing in the early stages of the season on the Velocity tour. Gallery

Manchester Invitational Championship Night Pro Bull Riders (PBR) December 16th 2023

Felipe Furlan would take the early lead in the championship round with his 89-point ride on Bandito Bug but would settle for fourth on the weekend and fifteenth in the world rankings. It would be the second night of the 2024 edition of the PBR Manchester Invitational from SNHU Arena and there would be a sell-out crowd in attendance with over 11 thousand western sports fans in attendance. It would be the 4th time the PBR would come to Manchester, New Hampshire and we would see if we could have our fourth different event winner. It would start with the 40 best cowboys in the world all getting a second chance to ride the eight seconds before they would bring back the top 12 for the championship round. When the dust settles there would be only three riders covering all three bulls on the weekend with Brady Fielder getting the best of them all with a 260.25 for the weekend rounding out the top three would be Kaique Pacheco second with 254.75 and Alan De Souza with 252.50. With Brady Fielder's win, it would be their first career win on the PBR Unleash the Beast Tour and the first win on the tour for anyone from Australia since 2015. With the win, Brady Fielder would move to the 4th spot in the world title chance chasing Cassio Dias as they will take a week off for the Christmas break before they head to Albany on December 29th and 20th to finish off the 2023 portion of the season as the road continues to the World Finals in Dallas, Texas, and ATT Stadium. Vermont's Corey Moriarty (15) drives UMass's Gianfranco Cassaro (23) into the broads to break up the play. It would be a Hockey East matchup at the Gutterson Fieldhouse as the Vermont Catamounts would host the #10 UMass Minutemen. The game would not start off good for the home Catamounts as the Minutemen would score at the 1:37 mark of the first period on the John Leonard goal. The Minutemen would double up there lead at the 12:54 mark of the period on the Jake McLaughlin goal. The game would stay there through the second period as there was no scoring. In the third period, the Catamounts would score on Matt Alvaro's goal to cut the deficit to 2-1 at the 9:17 mark of the third period. The Minutemen would regain the 2 goal lead at 3-1 on the Matthew Kessel goal at the 17:22 mark of the third period. In the losing effort, Stefanos Lekkas would make 36 saves as the Catamount fall to 3-15-1 on the season. Gallery

Manchester Invitational - Championship Sunday - January 19th 2020

Jess Lockwood holds on as Big Black bucks and scores 92.25 for the overall win at the Manchester Invitational. The Pro Bull Riders Unleash The Beast Tour would make there first-ever visit the State of New Hampshire as they would come to the SNHU Arena in Manchester to a packed house of 7,200 fans on both nights. With it, they would bring the top bulls and the top 35 riders in the world. Through the opening night of competition, there would be 17 rides with Jose Vitor Leme having the lead with 89 on Slingin Tears headed into championship Sunday. Others getting rides the first day would be Dener Barbosa 87.50, Colten Jesse 87.25, Jess Lockwood 86.5, and Kaique Pacheco and Junio Quaresima 86.25 to round out the top five. They would return the second day for championship day it would start with all 35 getting one more ride and they would take the top 15 after two rides back for the finals. In that second round, there would be 14 qualified rides with a pair of 90 point rides from Jess Lockwood and Jose Vitor Leme with 90.5 and 90.25. Next up would be the Championship Round with the top 15 and of the 15 there would be six that had covered two bulls and have a legit shot at the title. When the dust would settle the win would go to Jess Lockwood 92.25 with Big Black on the last ride of the event with a weekend score of 269.25. With that he would win the event by 5.75 over Colten Jesse and rounding out the top five would be Joao Ricardo Vera (263), Jose Vitor Leme (261.5) and Dener Barbosa (257.5) and they would be the only 5 to ride all three bulls on the weekend. With the win, Jess Lockwood would take his spot back at #1 in the world standings as the tour moves to Sacramento, California next weekend. Gallery.
