Jess Lockwood holds on as Big Black bucks and scores 92.25 for the overall win at the Manchester Invitational. The Pro Bull Riders Unleash The Beast Tour would make there first-ever visit the State of New Hampshire as they would come to the SNHU Arena in Manchester to a packed house of 7,200 fans on both nights. With it, they would bring the top bulls and the top 35 riders in the world. Through the opening night of competition, there would be 17 rides with Jose Vitor Leme having the lead with 89 on Slingin Tears headed into championship Sunday. Others getting rides the first day would be Dener Barbosa 87.50, Colten Jesse 87.25, Jess Lockwood 86.5, and Kaique Pacheco and Junio Quaresima 86.25 to round out the top five. They would return the second day for championship day it would start with all 35 getting one more ride and they would take the top 15 after two rides back for the finals. In that second round, there would be 14 qualified rides with a pair of 90 point rides from Jess Lockwood and Jose Vitor Leme with 90.5 and 90.25. Next up would be the Championship Round with the top 15 and of the 15 there would be six that had covered two bulls and have a legit shot at the title. When the dust would settle the win would go to Jess Lockwood 92.25 with Big Black on the last ride of the event with a weekend score of 269.25. With that he would win the event by 5.75 over Colten Jesse and rounding out the top five would be Joao Ricardo Vera (263), Jose Vitor Leme (261.5) and Dener Barbosa (257.5) and they would be the only 5 to ride all three bulls on the weekend. With the win, Jess Lockwood would take his spot back at #1 in the world standings as the tour moves to Sacramento, California next weekend. Gallery.
