It would be a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference affair as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Northeastern Clinton Cougars at the Plattsburgh State Field House. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as they would get the early lead just 2:59 into the first period on the Chase Clikey goal for the 1-0 lead. The Cougars would keep crashing the net and get the equalizer from Owen Ebersol at the 9:07 mark of the period. The Eagles would be quick to strike back and regain the one-goal lead at 2-1 on the Nolan Latinville goal. Then as the horn was getting ready to sound the Eagles would get a goal from Dayton Rovers to take the 3-1 lead into the intermission. When the teams were back for the second period they both would have their chances and the physical play was there but no one would be able to light the lamp and it would remain 3-1. In the third period, the Eagles would put the icing on the cake with a goal at the 3:47 mark from Nolan Latinville to secure the 4-1 win. Leading the way for the Eagles in the win would be Nolan Latinville with 2 goals and an assist. Gallery

Beekmantown's Nolan Latinville (19) rifles the puck past Northeastern Clinton's Peter Judkins (1) for the go-ahead goal. It would be nonleague action at the Stafford Ice Arena as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Potsdam Sandstoners. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as Luke Moser would get the quick goal at 1:57 of the first period for the early 1-0 lead. The Sandstoners would answer back just over two minutes later and tie the game at 1 on the John Friot goal. In the second period, the Eagles would stay hot with another three goals Luke Moser (third and fourth of the night), Sweenor (shorthanded), and have an 8-1 lead. In the third period, the Eagles still couldn't be shut down as they would get another three goals Keegan Rodier, Anthony Marion, and Cooper Burdo to secure the 11-1. It would be the last game of the Applebees Winter Classic and the host Beekmantown Eagles would take on the Rye Garnets. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as they would get the opening goal of the game just 34 seconds in from (19) for the quick 1-0 lead. The game would stay there till the ten-minute mark of the period when Beekmantown's Reid Fessette would score to extend their lead to 2-0. When the teams came back for the second period the Garnets would find their offense and get on the board at the three-minute mark when Dempsey Brown would find the net to make it a 2-1 game, Then just 54 seconds later the Garnets would score again to tie the game at two on the Henry Bagley goal. The Garnets would keep fighting and actually get the lead at the 9:21 mark of the period on the Tommy Greenhaw goal. When the teams returned for the third period the Garnets would waste little time expanding their lead to 4-2 on Tommy Greenhaw's second goal of the game. Then just two minutes later the Garnets would strike again to make it a 5-2 game on Henry Bagley second of the night. The Eagles would strike back quickly just 60 seconds later to make it 5-3 and keep interesting down the stretch. Although they wouldn't get any closer as the Garnets would be too much on the day and get empty netter late and secure the 6-3 win. It would be the last game of the Applebees Winter Classic and the host Beekmantown Eagles would take on the Rye Garnets. It would be the second game of the opening day of the Applebee Winter Classic and it would feature the host Beekmantown Eagles and Storm. The game would start off good for the host Eagles DJ Gonyo would light the lamp at the 3:05 mark of the first period for the lone goal of the first. In the second period, the Storm would waste little time tying the game up at the 1:53 mark. The tye would be short-lived as the Eagles would answer back at the 2:59 mark on the Keegan Rodier goal to make it 2-1. The Storm would answer back and tie the game with just under 1:30 left in the game on Dylan Bzdell's second goal of the period. In the third period when the game was starting to look like it was going to overtime Storm's Dylan Bzdell said hold that thought and light the lamp for the third time on the night with just over three minutes left for the 3-2 victory. The Eagles would put up a fiery counter in the closing minutes but wouldn't be enough as the Storm hold on for the 3-2 victory. With the win, the Storm goes to 4-0 on the season and will take on Northeastern Clinton for a chance to win the Applebee's Winter Classic. Gallery.

It would be an early-season matchup in the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference as the Saranac Chiefs would host the Beekmantown Eagles. The game would start out good for the visiting Eagles as they would get the opening goal at the 10:19 mark of the first period on the Reid Fessette goal. Although the Chiefs would have an answer in the final three minutes of the period on a goal from Landon Duprey to tie the game at one. Then in the first 90 seconds of the second period, the Eagles would regain their 1 goal lead on the goal by Quinn Brandell to make it 2-1 Eagles. Although the Chiefs would keep fighting and tie the game back up at two on the Hayden Buckley goal at the 10:22 mark of the second period. The Eagles would once again fight back and take the lead 3-2 at the 4:48 mark of the third period on the Robert Tetreault goal. Although the Chiefs wouldn't go quietly into the night as they would keep coming and tie the game up again in the final 20 seconds on Landon Duprey's second goal of the game sending us into overtime. In the overtime frame #19 would rip one pass the goaltender at the 3:23 mark to send the Eagles fans home happy with a 4-3 victory, In the winning effort Austin Doser would make 12 saves as they go to 2-0 while the Chiefs fall to 2-3 on a 29 saves night by Mason Patnode.
